Pros:

Excellent location, b/c we were in the middle of Sep, we did not have problem with parking at the hotel garage.
The room was spacious and the breakfast was great, great group that work hard to meet people needs.
Excellent option to have restaurant on side.

The few stairs with suitcases can be a lot for elderly people or people with needs.
Pillows were not soft enough for me. My husband was fine.

Muy buen desayuno

Cons:

Habitaciones muy antiguas y poco cuidadas en la estética. El suelo muy viejo con sensación constante de suciedad. Las camas poco comfortables, con sábanas y almohadas de baja calidad. No está a nivel de un hotel 4 estrellas. Por lo que hemos pagado, nos esperábamos mucho más. Las fotos del anuncio no se ajustan a la realidad de las habitaciones. Además solo hay 2 fotos y es muy difícil hacerse una idea clara del aspecto real de la habitación. Eso sí, el desayuno está muy bien y los trabajadores muy amables.

Un bel emplacement et una chambre très agréable
Pros:

Une belle chambre spacieuse avec vue sur mer.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un réel atout, à proximité du centre ville et de la plage de Palamos (même si ce n'est pas sur cette plage que nous sommes allés).

Cons:

Nous avons dû changer de chambre pendant notre séjour (en raison de la non disponibilité d'une même chambre au moment de la réservation). Nous aurions apprécié que le personnel de l'hôtel puisse effectuer le transfert des valises d'une chambre à l'autre.
Le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel efficace, mais il y avait vraiment beaucoup (trop) de monde pendant notre séjour (hôtel plein).

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un réel atout, à proximité du centre ville et de la plage de Palamos (même si ce n'est pas sur cette plage que nous sommes allés).
Le petit déjeuner est très correct, mais il y avait tellement de monde pendant notre séjour, que c'était un peu trop bruyant à notre goût.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre côté rue au 6ème étage, et nous avons souffert du bruit de la machinerie de l'ascenceur. Aucune autre chambre n'était disponible malheureusement !

Pros:

Chambre très confortable et agréable. Salle à manger agréable et repas (1/2 pension) de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Le Parking faisait partie de nos critères de sélection de l'hotel mais quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a dit qu'il n'était pas disponible ! Apparemment il y a un parking dans l'hotel mais nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser, sans aucune raison ni explication !? On nous a proposé le parking municipal à 200m payant 15€/jour. Le personnel d'accueil au comptoir à notre arrivée n'était pas sympathique et ne voulait rien entendre ou comprendre à ce sujet ...
La piscine est petite et bruyante, mal exposée avec trop peu de place autour. Pas du tout au standing de l'hotel.
La ville de Palamos est laide et n'a aucun intérêt. La plage juste en face de l'hotel est en plein centre ville, elle borde le port et ne donne absolument pas envie de se baigner.
Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Heerlijk en authentiek hotel op top locatie
Pros:

Wij verbleven een week in dit ouderwets-Spaanse hotel en hebben ervan genoten. De locatie is geweldig, met alles op loopafstand: strand aan de overkant van de weg, stadje in twee minuten lopen. Onze kamer (junior suite) was prachtig en super comfortabel. Een heerlijk bed, goede en stille airco, mooi ingericht en schoon. De gasten waren deze eerste week van september een mix tussen vooral Spaanse, maar ook Franse en enkele Nederlandse gasten. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Cons:

Tussen 15:30 en 19:30 is de keuken gesloten en is een zakje chips of bakje olijven het enige dat verkrijgbaar is. Maar loop naar buiten en de mogelijkheden zijn legio.

L única cosa el bany no hi ha suficient llum, per poder afeitar o maquillar, potser tb faltaria un mirall d augment.

Ubicación, área piscina. Cama súper cómoda y buena temperatura en todas las instalaciones (teniendo en cuenta la temperatura exterior más de 30º)

Cons:

No se ofreció la opción de Late Checkout que pedimos a pesar de que se incluía la posibilidad (cargo extra) en la información que nos dieron en la entrada.
