Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la decoración del hotel, las instalaciones y la habitación, todo muy cómodo y bonito, muy rústico.

Cons:

La localización, es un poco difícil de bajar andando.

Good hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

The hotel was good and the location was convenient, both for getting to and from the airport and for visiting Barcelona. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. We did not experience any issues during our stay.

Pros:

Reasonable price close to airport. Friendly staff. Town centre was close with lots of food options plus we had the bonus of a local community dance event happening at the town square while we we eating.

Cons:

Rooms are tired.

In NO way was this worth the price they charge. This should have been 3/4 of the price.

Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms were disgusting. The lobby was obviously renovated and well kept, but the rooms were terrible. There was mold in the showers, chipped tiles everywhere and the bathroom door didn't even close. Everything was falling apart and it felt gross to be in there.

Hôtel vétuste et mal entretenu, avec un personnel ne parlant quasiment pas anglais.
Pros:

La vue était magnifique, mais la chasse d’eau fonctionnait très mal.
La chambre disposait d’une baignoire, mais aucun bouchon n’était fourni, ce qui empêchait de prendre un bain.
De plus, les joints de la salle de bain étaient vieux et sales.

Cons:

Très peu de membres du personnel comprenaient l’anglais et ils parlaient uniquement espagnol.

Lors de mon check-in, j’ai prévenu la réception que ma sœur arriverait tard, car son vol atterrissait à 23h55. Le réceptionniste a d’abord eu du mal à comprendre l’horaire, mais après plusieurs explications, il a finalement compris qu’elle arriverait aux alentours de minuit.

Je lui ai demandé si je devais lui communiquer le prénom et le nom de famille de ma sœur, car cela ne m’avait jamais été demandé lors de la réservation, et nous ne portons pas le même nom. Je lui ai également demandé s’il fallait un code ou une carte pour entrer aussi tard, et si ma présence était nécessaire pour son arrivée. Il m’a répondu que non, qu’un collègue serait présent pour l’accueillir et qu’elle n’aurait qu’à donner le numéro de notre chambre.

Cependant, lorsqu’elle est arrivée après minuit, le réceptionniste de nuit lui a crié dessus en espagnol et l’a traitée de menteuse parce qu’elle n’avait pas le même nom de famille que moi. Il lui demandait agressivement le numéro de la chambre, puis a fini par le retrouver lui-même parce qu’elle mettait trop de temps à le chercher.

Une fois le numéro de chambre vérifié, il l’a envoyée à l’étage sans carte ni clé pour ouvrir la porte. Comme je dormais profondément, je n’ai pas entendu lorsqu’elle a frappé. Elle a donc dû retourner à la réception, où elle s’est une nouvelle fois fait crier dessus en espagnol, alors qu’elle ne parle qu’anglais.

Finalement, le réceptionniste m’a appelé sur le téléphone fixe de la chambre, me réveillant brusquement, pour me demander en criant si c’était bien ma sœur. Elle a fini par pouvoir entrer dans la chambre, toujours sans clé ni carte, uniquement parce que j’étais réveillée pour lui ouvrir.

Je garde donc un très mauvais souvenir de cet hôtel.

Pros:

Muy buena opción para alejarse cerca de Barcelona!
Cerca del aeropuerto, 8 minutos caminando a la estación del tren, 20 minutos en tren al llegar a la plaza España.

El hotel ofrece muchos sitios de descansar con jardínes, piscina, bar, desayuno increíble.

Regresaremos!
