Disappointed
Pros:

Pool wasn’t available due to time of year.
We were on the 8th floor and the window was able to open wide so a huge safety concern.
Dated decor.
Had two coffee sachets in the room. We asked for more for the second day as they hadn’t been filled up and were told no we were only entitled to two for the first day !!! The receptionist was apologetic and explained it wasn’t his rule. We wouldn’t come back.

A great place to stay for a night on a tour of Spain.
Pros:

First night on a tour of Spain and a perfect location. Short walk to the old town, the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Secure underground parking, comfy room and friendly staff.

A great stay in the heart of everything
Pros:

This hotel is across one street from Old Town which contains the areas associated with the Running of the Bulls. The hotel is situated in an area that has a park like feel and is very pleasant. It is an easy walk to find historical sites, good shopping, a very lively plaza and great food in Old Town. The rooms are very nice, clean and have everything you need. There is a good breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Tophotel, grote kamers. Ontbijt niet goedkoop, maar zeer uitgebreid en uitstekende kwaliteit.

Cons:

In de omschrijving staat dat het hotel parkeerplaatsen heeft, maar dat zijn er maar een paar. De openbare parkeergarage ligt echter vlakbij en is prima.
