La atención al cliente, El desayuno

Cons:

En nuestra habitación del 5º piso los lavabos estaban viejos, la ducha todavía está en la bañera con cortina de plástico, los grifos están viejos con incrustaciones.
Los sanitarios se tendrían que poner al día conforme a la calidad del hotel.

L'ideale
Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff, la loro disponibilità e flessibilità nel poter lasciare le valigie prima del check-in e dopo il checkout non scontato, la posizione strategica.

Cons:

Unica piccolissima pecca ma facilmente superabile è il letto che nonostante sia di dimensioni enormi e comodissimo, il fatto che sia composto da due singoli uniti lo rende meno agevole.

Het ontbijt was een verassing 💪! Heel uitgebreid, TOP!!

Cons:

Nietswij verbleven één nacht maar mochten wij weer naar Valencia gaan ( wat zeker in de bedoeling ligt) dan gaan we zeker weer naar hotel Titia!

Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Altstadt, alles ist sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Metro und Busstation ist fast vorm Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut, alles ausreichend und gut. Das gilt auch für das Abendbuffet.

Cons:

In der Nähe ist ein Einkaufszentrum und dort wird nachts ne- und entladen, ist bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Ist allerdings nur zu der Seite. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

La ubicación y el desayuno buffet

Cons:

Hotel muuuuy caro para lo que es.
Tiene pinta de haberse quedado en los 90.
Se escucha todo entre habitaciones.
Ni una pequeña nevera.
Dos ascensores para 10 plantas. Tardas una vida.
El parking cochambroso.

Séjour agréable mais toujours avec la crainte de nuits compliquées

Etablissement propre, chambres bien entretenues, petits-déjeuners copieux, situation proche des arrêts de bus et de la ville

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres est très insuffisante, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement bruyant, notamment lorsque certains clients manquent de considération pour le repos des autres. Concernant le personnel, l'accueil est resté correct mais souvent assez impersonnel, avec peu de sourires ou de chaleur dans les échanges. Le service est assuré de manière professionnelle, sans toutefois donner l'impression d'un réel engagement. Cela étant, quelques membres de l'équipe se sont montrés agréables et sympathiques.
