Pros:

The hotel looks good and the breakfast is excellent. It's a shame that some parts of the marble tiles in the bathrooms are left chipped and with sharp edges. The staff understood the situation and changed my room....but the attitude of one of the receptionists was quite "polite annoyance", but the safety of the family is more important than his frustrations

Posizione strategica, a due passi da stazione autobus e fermata metro Turia (proprio sotto al centro commerciale)

Non c’è il frigobar in camera, con questo caldo sarebbe stato utile poter mettere l’acqua comprata al supermercato in frigorifero

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very relaxing, shade, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Breakfast and dinner were very good, rich and varied food. Traditional, international and standard food. Everything was very good. Thank you Hotel Turia!

Cons:

I didn't like the noise from the neighboring apartment, the walls are thin. One evening at 1 AM there was a lot of noise, there were bangs, jumping, laughter, screams from the neighboring room, I knocked on the wall to calm it down. I informed the reception about what happened and asked them to contact the noisy neighbors so that it wouldn't happen again, to take measures because I came to the hotel to feel good, to rest, I didn't come to argue with people, to stay and fight with the noisy people. The second evening was quiet.

Ottima colazione a buffet. Personale cordiale e disponibile.
Anche la cena a buffet è stata ottima

Cons:

La vasca da bagno non ha il tappo, nella stanza non abbiamo trovato un mini frigorifero per tenere l'acqua in fresco d'estate

Pros:

Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Accueil cordial et professionnel, très arrangeant.
Nous avons eu une fuite au niveau de la climatisation et une personne est venue réparer à 21h30. Très bien.
Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une nuit assez courte en raison de plusieurs abrutis (qui parlaient anglais...ils se reconnaîtront peut être) qui sont rentrés à 5h30 en criant dans les couloirs. Une heure plus tard une cliente leur a aussi hurlé dessus car ils continuaient de faire du bruit. Mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable....

Stanze pulite e comode con ampio bagno.

Posizione discreta ma non eccellente (a circa 250 m. da fermate bus e metro: x arrivare in centro 15 minuti x mare 30 m.)
Comunicazione in italiano col personale difficoltosa e scarso il materiale informativo x visite e/o gite. Manca frigo bar e per la cassaforte va depositsta cauzione.

L’accueil du personnel dans l’ensemble avec une mention pour le personnel du Petit-déjeuner efficaces et pro, le Petit-déjeuner excellent des produits de qualité une note de 10 a lui tout seul..
L'approche du parc Turia, et même du centre historique si un peu de marche ne fait pas peur..
Et pour finir un parking privé bien utile.

Cons:

L’abord de l’hôtel pas très fréquentable vraiment dommage, et le buffet du soir à l'opposé du petit déjeuner, pas du niveau du pix proposé, ses deux points empêchent la note de 10,

Excellent breakfast buffet, good value for money as accommodation.
Pros:

Very good hotel located adjacent to the intercity bus station and well connected to the public transportation network. Good value for money, professional staff, very clean hotel and amazing breakfast buffet. The cleaning staff did a very professional job while we stayed there. We will likely choose it again next time we are in the city.

Cons:

The TV in the room is small and has only Spanish tv channels. The proximity to the intercity bus station means meeting different types of people, especially at night, but we never felt unsafe.

I think the hotel has a long way to go, not sure how they secured those 4 stars.
Pros:

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and of a decent size
the breakfast was great.
The location was also great.

Cons:

the AC did work properly, it kept disconnecting and the crew were not available to fix it after 6 pm. The reception crew were generally helpful, except for one team member called Vladimer who was very rude and was shouting at us during our check in and starring at us as we walk by during our stay.
During our stay, someone drew some profanity on the room door.
