Das Essen war eine Katastrophe, das Publikum furchtbar.
Pros:

Das sehr freundliche Personal am Empfang, der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter der Security.

Cons:

Das laute Publikum, Männer ohne T-Shirt in der Bar, das Frühstück und Abendessen war von unterster, sehr schlechter Qualität. Die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal gleicht einem dunklen Loch - extrem Laut.

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Sorra Daurada Splash ha sido muy buena en general. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el servicio del personal excelente, todo muy bien.
Lo único que no me gustó es que pagamos media pensión pero a la hora de la cena no teníamos qué comer porque no hay comida halal para musulmanes. Sería muy bueno que ofrecieran comida halal para que nosotros también podamos comer pollo y carne como los demás clientes, ya que pagamos lo mismo. Espero que lo tengan en cuenta para el futuro. ¡Gracias!

Pros:

Snadný přístup k moři, které je jen kousek od hotelu, prostorný pokoj, hezké dětské brouzdaliště se spoustou skluzavek.
Také se nám líbil animační program, který obsahoval cvičení pro dospělé i aktivity pro děti.

Cons:

Celkově prostředí hotelu je ošklivé, sám hotel takový ošuntělý, a navíc příšerně hlučný.
Každý den je v hotelu diskotéka, která trvá do půlnoci, takže pokud doufáte, že budete vy a vaše děti spát před půlnocí, tak jste na omylu. To za mě není moc kids friendly, stejně jako herní automaty dole v lobby, které jsou jednoznačná past na děti, jež chtějí v jednom kuse něco hrát nebo kupovat blbinky v automatech. Divné taky je, že nemají kids friendly jídelnu - co se příborů týče. Neměli ani malé čajové lžičky na dezerty, pouze plastové kávové lžičky. Vůbec mi to nejde do hlavy, je to neekologické a prostě hloupé. Co se jídla týče, tak šlo o běžnou all-inclusive jídelnu. Něco bylo dobré, něco ne, takže tady nemám moc co vytýkat, snad jen nabízení výhradně nezralého ovoce jako jsou hrušky, broskve, kiwi. Každý den úplně tvrdé a kyselé, ale vzít si kus na pokoj, aby vám za pár dní dozrál, to nemůžete.
Co se čistoty hotelu týče, tak jsme několikrát objevili ručníky obalené černými vlasy, zároveň se nedá říct, že by nějak voněly. Ale obecně byl úklid pokoje ok.
Z čeho jsme také byli zklamaní byl venkovní bazén. Měl v sobě vodní prvky, trysky apod., které ovšem byly zapnuté tak hodinu denně. Do toho do bazénu nejspíš neustále připouštěli ledovou vodu, takže v něm nešlo vůbec být, a to ani večer, kdy by člověk čekal, že už bude vyhřátý od slunce.

Pros:

Las piscinas estaban geniales y no estaban muy llenas por la cantidad de gente del hotel. El aquagym a las 12h también me gusto.

Cons:

La minidisco, el primer dia estuvo bien el segundo no, cero preparación con bailes de aquagym (nivel adulto).
La limpieza de las habitaciones un poco justa, algun dia ni paso porque no le daba tiempo a la chica.
El comedor bien, las cenas un poco más caos, sobre todo había una chica que no limpiaba casi nada, un dia vimos que le daban un toque de atención.
Lo peor, la noche del sábado abre la discoteca de abajo del hotel y resuena la musica por todo el hotel y habitaciones hasta las 5 de la mañana, que es un hotel para dormir con niños!!!
