Good location. Nice Lomi Lomi massage in the spa. Nice heterotherapy.. comfy bed/pillows.

Cons:

The service at the front desk was horrid. Especially the check-in staff in the afternoon. The women refused to call a taxi for my 18 year old with 6 suitcases and told her to go to the street to get one. with 6 suitcases???? The morning staff had called us one.l earlier, so they can. They treated her like they couldn't be bothered to help her. We stayed there for 5 days and spent over $3,000 there and this is how they treated us when we check out of the hotel. We left with a very sour taste in lur mouths from this treatment by the front desk. Also, it was 100 degrees outside and they left the pool doors open so the AC couldnt cool. So hot in the lobby due to this. Rooms are small and walls are paper thin. If you plan on sleeping in the evenings, don't stay here. They have a nightclub in the hotel, and you can hear it all night long. And NO COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOMS! our refrigerator was broken so our food spoiled.
