Veramente un ottimo hotel.
Pros:

Posizione centralissima (10 minuti a piedi da Cattedrale di Siviglia), struttura (assolutamente corrispondente alle foto di booking), pulizia e dimensioni stanze ed estrema cortesia del personale.

A fantastic hotel with absolutely stunning style and friendly staff - highly recommended!
Pros:

The location is in the downtown area of Seville, everything is basically walking distance. However, the narrow streets are a bit difficult to tacle at first - be ready to get lost (in a good way) and just wonder around the narrow streets. After the 2nd day I knew the location by heart - it's easy to find!
The hotel is fantastic, it really looks like in the pictures (or even better!), the room was clean, tidy, everything worked. Overall a fantastic choice! Highly recommended!

Cons:

The shower/tap was giving hot water regardless where you turned it. I forgot to ask but it was probably due to the extreme heat we had in the city. However, if you ran the water for a while, it started to cool off.

Struttura caratteristica, posizione ottima centrale, silenziosa, letto comodo.

Cons:

Areazione centralizzata freddissima impossibile controllarla, abbiamo fatto funzionare la pompa di calore per due giorni continuamente.

Pros:

L'hotel è una splendida struttura in tipico stile andaluso, con una hall davvero meravigliosa che colpisce fin dal primo ingresso. Un servizio che abbiamo molto apprezzato è la possibilità di gustare gratuitamente tè o caffè dalle 11:00 alle 23:00, un'attenzione che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Il personale è stato sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
La posizione è perfetta: l'hotel si trova nel pieno centro storico, permettendo di raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città.
Colazione ricca, camere pulitissime e accoglienti.
Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in hotel anche dopo il check out e attendere poi nella hall l'arrivo del taxi. È stato tutto perfetto!

Cons:

L'unico aspetto meno positivo è l'insonorizzazione delle camere, che potrebbe essere migliorata. Detto questo, gran parte del rumore dipende anche dall'educazione degli ospiti: purtroppo non tutti hanno l'accortezza di parlare a bassa voce o di muoversi con discrezione nei corridoi, soprattutto nelle ore serali.
