Best kept little secret in Florence! (Room 12 ☺️)
Pros:

Room 12 had spectacular views, great airconditioning & shower. Central with easy walking distance to all sites. A very happy and pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent very convenient and close to everything The staff were incredibly friendly,I also appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room. Everything was placed with care and was very practical, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble !
L'hôtel est idéalement situé : à seulement 5 minutes du quartier du Duomo, proche des commerces et des restaurants. Il est aussi très bien desservi par les lignes T1 et T2, ce qui permet de rejoindre l'aéroport pour seulement 1,70 €.
L'établissement est calme et moderne. La chambre était agréable et bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire, même si le ménage pourrait être légèrement amélioré. Le personnel de nettoyage est néanmoins très cordial.
Concernant l'arrivée, le check-in manque un peu de clarté et fait très impersonnel (il suffit en fait de rentrer dans la chambre après 14h, les clés étant déjà sur la porte). Mais en cas de doute, l'équipe répond très rapidement par WhatsApp pour nous guider, ce qui rassure vite.
Je recommande cet hôtel !

The location is very convenient, being only 5mins walk from the train station, and 7mins from the Medici Chapel. The highlight was the service received throughout our stay. The room has a wealth of amenities for a 2 star hotel. Fresh water chilled in the fridge, free self service tea, coffee pods, and cakes. The room was very clean and had a great view of Florence, especially from the rooftop terrace. The free luggage storage was very useful after we checked out to grab some brunch. The check-in process overall is quite seamless

Cons:

Given the hotel is on a street adjacent to the train station, it's quite busy, we were often dodging other travellers with big luggage on our way back to the hotel

Pros:

C'est un petit hôtel situé à proximité du centre de Florence. Très propre, il est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et offre un excellent niveau de confort. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et accueillant.

Dans le hall, une machine à café ainsi que des biscuits sont mis gratuitement à la disposition des clients. L'hôtel dispose également d'une très belle terrasse sur le toit, offrant une vue magnifique sur Florence.

Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et le recommandons sans hésitation.

Es un hotel en una 5a planta (muy alta) con ascensor perfectamente funcional que tiene varias habitaciones a lo largo de un pasillo. Me gustó el auto check in y los códigos tanto en la puerta del edificio por las noches como en la puerta del hotel las 24h. En mi caso, la habitación triple era espaciosa y equipada con todo lo necesario, además de dar a un patio muy bonito y con vistas al palazzo vecchio si se asomaba un poco más. Lo que más me gustó sin duda fue la terraza común, con vistas impresionantes a la cúpula de san lorenzo y parte del duomo y sofás y sillas cómodos en los que pudimos tomar algo y cenar algún día nuestra comida. Además está ubicado en una calle clave, con supermercados, bares, restaurantes, tiendas… a 1min de la estación y a 5-6mins del duomo. No tenía muchas expectativas por algunos comentarios que vi pero me sorprendió mucho para bien. si vuelvo a florencia ya se donde dormiré!

Cons:

tal vez se agradece personal las 24h en recepción. Sin embargo, cuando necesite algo y escribí por whatsapp se me atendió enseguida, por lo que no fue problema para nosotras. los trabajadores que estaban por las mañanas limpiando y en el escritorio eran muy simpáticos y dispuestos.

Pros:

It's small, but they tried to make it comfortable. You have a jar with peanuts and bottles of water in the mini fridge, cotton disks and some other stuff in the bothroom. The sound isolation was not bad. Nice city views

Cons:

The bed was not good at all. Pillows were not comfortable + old pillowcases were all stained. Towels were clean but old and not nice-looking.
