Pros:

Location was very near the station and a short walk from all the places you want to see in Florence. It's unassuming from the outside but very much updated inside. We appreciated an upgrade and found it quite luxurious. A big quiet room and nice bathroom.

Cons:

There was a bar on site but it didn't seem to be open, however there is a great restaurant right next door. The TV was a Google variety which didn't suit us.

Excellent value for a lovely stay
Pros:

We were allowed to drop off luggage for storage before check-in. The hotel was clean and very nice for the price! Front desk were very accommodating, helping us with a taxi at 4:30 am for the airport.
