Camera con troppo rumore

La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale comodissimo, un grande bagno, aria condizionata, tutto pulito in modo impeccabile. Ho potuto lasciare il bagaglio in deposito gratuitamente fino alla sera del giorno in cui sono ripartito

Cons:

Premetto che sono abituato a dormire con quasi assoluto silenzio e in questo caso durante la notte c'era un rumore di sottofondo continuo che veniva dall'esterno molto fastidioso inoltre ad intervalli irregolari c'era un il rumore simile ad un ronzio di un citofono ( il numero della mia camera era il 19). Il bagno era davvero bello ma non c'era acqua calda, forse il problema poteva essere risolto contattando il personale all'ingresso sempre presente ma la mia permanenza in questa camera è stata dalle 23:40 alle 7:20 del giorno seguente quindi non avevo tempo per reclami o altro

Un magnifique hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable que ce soit la réception de jour ou de nuit et disponible H24 pour vous donner des informations sur les alentours de Florence, il y a pas mal de restaurants et de bars aux alentours, l'hôtel est a 4min de la gare centrale c'est parfait et la chambre est grande et le ménage et la lingerie est faite et changer tous les jours .il y a même un petit frigo dans la chambre avec de l'eau a disposition je trouve cela mignon.Je recommande

Fenomenaal handige locatie - 2 minuten van het station waardoor ik zowel bij aankomst als vertrek mijn baggage (gratis) kon achterlaten bij het hotel en vrij was om de stad in te gaan totdat de kamer klaar was. De kamer is piepklein maar heeft precies wat een reiziger alleen nodig heeft. Ik zou hier zeker opnieuw verblijven!

Trevligt bemötande. Bra läge nära centrala Florens. Skön säng.

Bodde i ett annnex, vilketc var jelt okay. Men hade gärnma bott i själva hotellbyggnaden.

Convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is great, with only a few minutes walk from the station. However the area around the station feels sketchy and perhaps avoid walking around at night.

Cons:

Nothing really except on the first day the reception kept insisting we leave the room key with the reception when leaving the hotel, because there was someone 24/7. That seemed odd. Didn't happen from day 2 onwards.
