The location is really close to Santa Maria Novella station and within walking distance to all tourist points. The room was large and clean and there was a kettle and coffee included. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage with them while I went to Cinque Terre for one night.

Una struttura umida, stanze sporchissime. Polvere ovunque.i comodini coperti di polvere. Muffa ovunque nella doccia. Bocchettoni dell’aria che avevano annidato di tutto. Capelli del personale lunghi neri in qualsiasi punto della camera. Letto invaso. Letto matrimoniale fatto con 2 lettini. Per un’ soggetto allergico come me è stato un’incubo.

Horrible bed comfort,= 2 twins put together with hard uncomfortable matresses.horrible pillows = Flat and hard as a rock, plus a ridiculous check out time of 10 am putting you in a rush to be out in time, and I enjoy my mornings to relax. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that had a ridiculous time to check out like this one had.
Optional breakfast is not on their premises, but they send you to a hotel 50 meters away if they reserve for you at 13 Euros per person.

el ascensor solo llega al primer piso. nos dieron una habitación en el segundo por escalera y estaba lejisimo. Parecia un laberinto llegar a la habitación.
The location was great, the gentleman at the front desk was exceptional and extremely helpful. The room was perfect for the night. Will definitely be back and recommend.

The location of Hotel Montreal is excellent, especially if you are planning to travel to other cities, as the train station is only a 3–4 minute walk away. Since Florence is a relatively compact city, it is also very easy to reach the main central areas from the hotel.
There are several highly rated restaurants on the same street as the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I was also kindly given a free room upgrade. The staff were generally very friendly and welcoming.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its convenient location and friendly service
