Das Hotel war ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Mailand. Sehr nettes Personal!
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück konnten wir vor Ort sehr unkompliziert dazubuchen. Es war sehr lecker. Und die Gegend war sehr ruhig und sicher.

Cons:

In der Nacht hatte es im Zimmer Mücken, es wäre vlt sinnvoll Anti-Mücken Stecker im Zimmer zu lassen. Zudem war es zu Beginn im Zimmer etwas "feucht". Wenn man das Fenster aber offen lies, ging es weg.

Eu me senti em casa, as instalações são ótimas, o atendimento impecável muito prestativos para atender nossas necessidades, a região do hotel né tranquila próxima do metrô e o valor foi ótimo.. super recomendo

Personale accogliente, camera un po’ meno.
Pros:

L’accoglienza del personale. Si vede che ci tengono all’ospite e che hanno voglia di ospitare. Zona relativamente tranquilla ma con accesso ai mezzi quindi logisticamente molto comoda.

Cons:

Seppur mi abbiano dato un upgrade di camera più grande, purtroppo ci sarebbe molto da fare per rendere le camere accoglienti: letti da cambiare, cuscini scomodi, bagni da rifare, tapparelle esterne a scorrimento da sistemare…insomma camere anni 90, ci vorrebbe veramente poco per sistemare…e siamo a Milano, in zona comoda a metro per raggiungere ogni punto della città in poco tempo. Forza aprite il portafoglio e lavorate per l’ospitalità!!

Really nice to be staying a bit away from the beaten tracks whilst having easy access to the main sites on foot. The breakfast was really good value for money, which is often rare in hotels nowadays. The staff was top notch, especially Andrea at the reception.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de l’hôtel ainsi que l’ambiance chaleureuse qui a rendu notre expérience très agréable. Tout a été parfaitement organisé et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage chez vous.

Pros:

The hotel staff are all very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area on the east side of Milan. The nearest metro station is Dateo (5-10 min walk) which is on the M4 metro line from Linate airport which only takes about 15 minutes, so it's quick and very easy to get to the hotel/airport. The nearest tram stop for the city centre is on the main road south of the hotel about 5-10 min walk. There are cafes, supermarket and bars nearby. We were very pleased to be allocated a ground floor room which had a small terrace with table and chairs. The hotel lobby is light and modern and has a nice bar and breakfast seating area. This was our 4th visit to Milan, 1st time staying at the Hotel Delizia and we will happily stay there again.

Cons:

A chest of drawers to put some clothes in would have been useful (maybe locate one under the TV table?). There is however a rail to hang clothes from and a bedside table with a small storage shelf underneath on either side which can be used to store small items of clothing.

A quiet and clean little hotel, very welcoming staff and accommodating. Located in a residential area of Milan but close to the metro (new line, direct to Linate) and the centre (2 stops away from Duomo)
