This hotel has great staffs, small but very nice and cozy. We loved it.
Pros:

Prime location, close to promanade, train station, and other must see places in Nice. Room was excellent, spacious, and had a nice cofee machine. Bathroom was great. We did not take breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing we disliked.

Emplacement parfait.

Cons:

Plus chichiteux et cheap que réellement confortable. Pas de couette : couverture poil ras synthétique. Wifi : code non donné à l'arrivée et fonctionnement lent et aléatoire. Salle de bain peu pratique : douche sans mitigeur, place exigue et réduite pour poser ses affaires, espace de séchage mal agencé (et les serviettes sont repliées mouillées par le personnel). Amabilité variable à l'accueil (en particulier au départ). Table de courtoisie (cafetière, bouilloire) : thé non remplacé.

Close to everything, especially the beach .

Cons:

I could hear a lot of street noise even though my room was on the 3rd floor.
The guest above my room was stomping around at midnight and 3:00 a.m.
It disrupted my sleep.

Great French whimsical feel to this boutique hotel.
Pros:

Excellent greeting and helpfulness from staff! Great location and great breakfast! They had us checked in by 10 am into our rooms. We also had an airport transfer for 35 Euros, fun staff!

Cons:

Some rooms had larger bathrooms than others.

Pros:

L'emplacement est facilement accessible depuis le train. La chambre était propre est très pratique et confortable. La plage est accessible en moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Le service est très agréable.

It’s a quaint hotel with old world character. It was great value for money.
Pros:

Great location, several restaurants just around the corner and the old town is a very short walk.
Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was ready early for us.
Our room was clean, comfortable but small, I will book a bigger room next time.

Cons:

The lift took a bit of getting used to🤣. Not for anybody with claustrophobic tendencies

Lovely art deco, boutique hotel, perfect location.
Pros:

The welcome was extremely warm upon arrival just like the weather 34 degrees on the day we arrived. We were asked on arrival to take a seat and were provided with a cooling glass of water on arrival which was a nice touch. We were also given some insider information regarding the best beaches along the Cote D'azure. The hotel itself is a small, boutique, art deco style hotel with some lovely features. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only stayed here for one night but it was a super stay and perfect location for amenities and a matter of steps from the promenade and beach. The staff couldn't be more helpful.

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever, our stay here was perfect.

Cons:

O quarto era um pouco claustrofobico. Muito pequeno, tem janelas apenas na casa de banho e as janelas eram apontadas para janelas de outros edifícios.
