Pros:

El personal fue muy amable. Buena ubicación cerca a la estación del metro. Por lo menos tuve habitación con balcón.

Cons:

No tienen asensor, dificil para viajeros con equipajes (Maletas). La habitación individual era demasiado pequeña, cama estrecha, un escritorio y armario pequeño. Abrí la maleta y no podía caminar de lo estrecho que era todo.

Great stay place to feel home
Pros:

Great stay! The hotel has a perfect location, very close to the metro, city center, and train station, which made getting around very easy. The place smells fresh and is very clean. The staff are kind, helpful, and provided us with useful information and a city map. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The rooms are cozy and relaxing. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back.

Perfect location. To expensive to 2 stars. Good for Business short travel.
Pros:

The location is perfect—only 5 min to the supermarket, 10 to the Mento, 25 to the train station. The city bus stop is exactly near the entrance. Linen and towels are clean, very quiet Hotel. Very friendly receptionist from Egypt. Free coffee.

Cons:

Refurbishment could be better; there was a smell from the bathroom, no fridge in the room. Near the hotel was a working prostitute, so better not to come with children. We did not get a fresh towel on the last night of staying, but we got fresh linen on the second day. No English channels on the TV.

Very friendly staff. We can hihgly recommend. Good location - 3 minutes to subway, 12 minutes from main station

The hotel has everything you need and is in a great location. The staff were exceptional who made us feel very welcome! They were incredibly helpful and gave us some great tips on travelling around Milan and some great spots to visit. Couldn’t recommend more!
