Gut gelegenes Budgethotel
Pros:

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, angenehmes Ambiente, toll strategisch günstig gelegen zu Hauptbahnhof, Königsallee, City und Altstadt (alles auch fußläufig erreichbar) mit Straßenbahnen direkt um die Ecke, und U-Bahnhaltestelle in der Nähe. Jede Menge food locations jeder Couleur und sehr gute Cafés drum herum. Gegenüber der größte Edeka Deutschlands mit Champagnerbar (wer's braucht oder möchte 😂)

Cons:

Die Betten waren blitzsauber, aber einfach zu weich. Im Bad Dusch-Pflegeprodukte nur in kleinen Fläschchen, außer Handseife, die war im Spender. Es fehlte an einem Badvorleger, den wir dann aber für den kurzen Aufenthalt auch nicht angefragt haben. Bei gekipptem Fenster ist natürlich der Innenstadtlage nahe einer großen Kreuzung der Lärmpegel hoch.

Einfaches und sauberes Hotel - guter Preis - gute Lage.
Pros:

Check-In war unkompliziert - die Lage war sehr zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt - mein Zimmer lag zum ruhigen Innenhof , wodurch ich mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte.
Vom Hoteleingang ringsherum viele Restaurants mit den Küchen aus aller Welt - viele entspannte Kneippen - aber nicht so ein Rummel wie in der nahegelegenen Altstadt. Sehr gefallen hat mir das Brauhaus Schumacher in der gleichen Straße.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr sauber und hatte neue Fliesen , aber keine Dusche , sondern nur eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.

Günstiges Hotel, für 1-2 Nächte perfekt
Pros:

Lage super, wenn man an der Berliner Allee/Kö zu tun hat.
Für den Preis in Düsseldorf fast unschlagbar.
Der Nachtportier war auch zu später Stunde sehr freundlich.

Pleasant staff and the room/bathroom were clean.

Cons:

My room faced the inside of the building overlooking the courtyard and someone was smoking 24/7, day and in the middle of the night like there was no tomorrow. Super pungent, horrible stinch. I couldn't see them from the balcony so I couldn't tell if they were guests or near residents. This majorly brought down my rating.
No tea/coffee/spoons or a small fridge...this seems to be a universal lack in hotels from my experience. At the very least, some tea and coffee would have been appreciated.

Cons:

Noise during the night until 2am from the other hotel and street. Windows are not good. Noise from the people on my floor, bathroom ceiling is too low, so when you are taking a shower you have to band your neck, I'm 6,4.(190).

Pros:

Das Zimmer war Groß und hatte eine Couch.

Cons:

Als wir angekommen sind war der Boden nicht sauber und im Kühlschrank lag ein kleines Stück Käserest.
Das Bett hatte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Couch hatte Flecken, man wollte lieber nicht wissen was gür welche.

Ich übernachte nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – in der Nähe gibt es viele Geschäfte und Cafés. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Innenstadt sind schnell zu Fuß sowie mit dem Auto oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
