Super pratique et très bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Nous avons dû prendre une chambre en catastrophe suite à l'annulation de notre train à 20h30, et c'était parfait.

Localisation : Super pratique. A peine quelques minutes à pieds de la gare centrale, et de nombreux petits snacks et restaurants, épiceries, pharmacies, une mini supérette ouverte jusqu'à minuit, ...

Checkin/out : simple et rapide alors que nous venions tout juste de réserver en ligne 10 minutes plus tôt. Personnel tout à fait poli et agréable.

Chambre : Bien propre et fraîche, lits confortables avec lampes de lecture individuelles, petite bouilloire électrique avec tasses et sachets de thé fournis, produits de douche fournis, pression et température de l'eau de la douche parfaite. Absolument nickel, rien de cassé ou abîmé, un plaisir.
Notre fenêtre donnait directement sur la rue et c'était très bruyant malgré le 6e étage dès qu'on ouvrait (ce que nous avons fait à cause de la chaleur), mais une fois fermées, silence total.

On garde en tête pour un prochain séjour plus planifié !

Cons:

Les halls/couloirs avaient l'air sinistres et les portes de l'ascenseur étaient abîmées et sales, ça nous a fait mauvaise première impression, mais c'était juste l'extérieur, il fonctionnait très bien et ne faisait pas peur du tout.

Mauvaise/pas d'isolation sonore du côté des portes des chambres, nous avons entendu d'autres personnes circuler dans le couloir, mais juste une fois et ça ne nous a pas du tout gêné pour dormir.

Es hat Licht im Zimmer gefehlt, vor allem am Tisch.

Cons:

Der Wasserkocher im Zimmer ist eine gute Idee, da kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Dann kann man sich doch was vorbereiten, wenn man es eilig hat.

Pros:

Das Zimmer bietet nicht Frühstück an & bedauerlicherweise war der Kaffee-Automat defekt. Da Pfingsten war, habe ich mir mein Frühstück am Bahnhof organisiert.
Die Dame an der Rezeption am Samstag Abend war sehr freundlich und sagte, dass die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist. Am Montag hing ein Zettel, dass die Rezeption bis 10 h nicht besetzt ist. Es gab Flüssigseife zum Händewaschen und Body & Hair Shampoo. Mein Zimmer war im 5. Stock zum Innenhof mit Badewanne zum Duschen ohne Haltegriff. Es gab auch einen Wasserkocher mit 2 Teebeuteln.

In 20 Minuten war ich zu Fuß an der Kö und deshalb habe ich das Zimmer gebucht. Am Morgen waren viele Glasscherben und Müll auf den Gehwegen rund ums Hotel.

Aceptable con mejora en aseo
Pros:

La ubicación y comodidad de la habitación con las necesidades básicas.

Cons:

El aseo fue muy deficiente. No hubo limpieza del baño, ni del piso del baño ni desocupar las canecas de basura del baño. No hubo reposición de jabón. Cambiaban las toallas pero no recogían las toallas sucias.
