Pros:

Spacious, clean room, beautiful view, working and very strong AC which is great for Italy!

Cons:

Some of the staff were rude and inattentive. It is a 20 min walk to the centre / Trevi fountain area so I would not say it’s very central. The walk is also up hill.

Pros:

The governess woke up by screaming and switching on the light in the room cause it was 11:10.. Never such a bad behavior from an hotel staff, even more in a 4* 400€/night hotel !

None at the reception, check in informed us that the checkout was 11:00 so we had 12:00 in mind..

Nice hotel with great rooms but some issues.
Pros:

The hotel is a boutique style hotel in a convenient location for most of Rome's attractions. Staff on front desk and at breakfast were great and could not do enough for you. Rooms were very nice and very comfortable other than our air conditioning did not work all week. Breakfast was fine but not an exceptional choice of items.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not cool the room all week and despite asking several times, were never told if the issue was going to be fixed or not. Ended up being given a fan for the room. Staff at the rooftop bar were not the same high quality as other areas. On the first day we asked about 3.30pm whether we could get some hot snacks with our drinks as we had been travelling all day but were told the kitchen was closed. Another couple asked the same and were given the same response. Then a couple of what appeared to be "influencers" turned up and who were then served a 3 course tasting menu with lots of posing and photos! Clearly different rules for some. My wife and I went to the roof terrace one afternoon and it was very quiet. We asked to sit in a comfy sofa in the sun for our drinks but were met with a stern response that it was reserved for an important client of the business! Clearly 6 friends who are spending a combined £7k on a week's stay do not count as important clients! On the last evening we were having late night cocktails after dinner and were harassed by staff on multiple occasions telling us that the bar was closing at 12 midnight, which we were fully aware of. We told them we were just having one drink. Eventually we told them that they were being rude and should be aware of how they are speaking to hotel guests. They did apologise when we left.

Aangenaam verblijf
Pros:

Een mooi verzorgd hotel met ruime kamers. Wij verbleven aan de straatkant; overdag is er best wat bedrijvigheid in de straat, maar ’s nachts is het heerlijk rustig.

Bij aankomst werden we bovendien aangenaam verrast met een leuke attentie: een fles prosecco op de kamer. Ook kregen we dagelijks een nieuwe fles mineraalwater, wat we zeker konden appreciëren.

Het ontbijt was verzorgd en uitgebreid, met voldoende keuze voor iedereen. De rooftopbar is een aangename plek om rustig te genieten van een drankje en het uitzicht. Ook het diner bij Masa was bijzonder lekker en stijlvol gepresenteerd.

Maar wat echt het verschil maakt, is het personeel: fantastisch. Iedereen was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Een verblijf waar gastvrijheid duidelijk centraal staat.

Cons:

Het enige kleine minpunt voor ons waren de eerder harde bedden, al blijft dat natuurlijk heel persoonlijk en afhankelijk van ieders voorkeur.

Fantastic location near the station and many restaurants, terrific staff !
Pros:

Location , rooftop bar and restaurant, food quality, fantastic staff. Super comfortable bed and quiet in room. Fantastic walk in robe with built in cupboards .

Cons:

Room was huge but natural light only into huge walk in robe which did come into room but not enough, also a frosted big window into bathroom.
