unweit vom Bahnhof, nettes Personal, bequemes Schlafen, sauber
Pros:

Zimmer groß genug für 2 Personen, großes Bad, Wasserkocher, Personal reagiert flexibel auf Veränderung der Ankunftszeit, gute Erreichbarkeit (telefonisch, per Email). Frühstück hatten wir nicht (18 Euro pro Person)

Cons:

ein Paar Kleinigkeiten (Steckdose, Gummidichtung Bad) müssten repariert werden

Ich verstehe nicht, dass dieses Hotel für Sterne hat

WLAN funktioniert schlecht. TV ging auch nicht allgemein ein etwas schmuddeliger und sehr wenig gepflegter Eindruck. Verstehe allgemein nicht, dass dieses Hotel vier Sterne hat.

Pros:

Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - vom Hauptbahnhof war das Hotel zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Einiges am Dekor könnte modernisiert werden.

Gerne jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war super und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren in der Nähe.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit allem, was man braucht :)
Pros:

Mir hat besonders die Zimmergröße und die Ausstattung gefallen. Mein Zimmer und überhaupt das Hotel inklusive Lounge und Frühstücksbereich sind urgemütlich, hab mich da gerne mit nem Käffchen hingefläzt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, was meinen Aufenthalt nochmal schöner gemacht hat. :)
Alles ist dennoch recht einfach gehalten und man sieht, dass das Hotel nicht gerade gestern erst erbaut und eingerichtet war, es gibt also hier und dort Gebrauchsspuren. Das stört allerdings überhaupt nicht, weil das Hotel trotz allem mehr zu bieten hat, als ich es teilweise in moderneren und größeren Hotels erlebt habe. Ich komme also sehr gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder!

Gemütliches Hotel mit hervorragendem Service
Pros:

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit hervorragender Lage und dennoch ruhigen Zimmern. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv ist die wohnliche Atmosphäre, die man in vielen modernen Business-Hotels oft vermisst. Auch für Geschäftsreisen sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was rich and satisfying.

Cons:

One of the rooms we had booked was missing a minibar, and there was a humid smell coming from the empty cupboard. We did not bother to ask for a room replacement since we were staying for only one night. However let the staff know about it during check out.

Für Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet
Pros:

Tiefgarage löst Parkprobleme, familiäre Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück, waren zum Konzert in der Mitsubishi-Halle,die fussläufig gut erreichbar ist

Cons:

Fernsehen war schwierig, da Kanäle nicht eingerichtet waren. Ab 1.5.26 ist neuer Besitzer und die Fernsehanlage musste neu installiert werden.

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in heruntergommener Umgebung

Zimmergröße

Cons:

Lage des Hotels, Umgebung, die Hälfte der TV Sender ging nicht, Flecken und Schmieren in der Badewanne, Frühstück mit 18€ viel zu teuer für das was geboten wird, WLAN bricht ständig ab.
