Great location for photos, lots of restaurants nearby, Overnight parking is a bit far.

Location is perfect. We got a room with great view of bridge. The room is nice decoration. Lots of restaurants nearby.

If you drive, the parking overnight is a bit far. In front of the hotel is hot spot for photos so it's very crowded with cars and people.

Pros:

Location is perfect. Most everything in walking distance.
The staff was exceptional.
Good selection at breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Schönes Hotel für einen Heidelberg Besuch
Pros:

Liegt sehr zentral. Zimmer sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück. Vor dem Hotel Bushaltestelle und direkt neben dem Hotel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele kleine Restaurants uvm. Sehr schöner Blick auf den Neckar vom Hotel aus.

One Night in Heidelberg.
Pros:

Breakfast was first rate. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The location was excellent...literally right beside the bridge.

Cons:

If you're driving into Heidelberg, as we were, parking is a bit complicated. Unloading your car requires the staff to unlock a chain in front of the hotel and squeeze your car into an unloading area. Since the hotel does not have its own parking, you must park your car in a city parking lot. The hotel did give us a discount coupon for this and that was nice of them to do that.
The biggest problem we had with the hotel was that the AC had not yet been turned on and so the room was warm. To ameliorate this we had to open the windows, but when we did that the street noise was very loud. It stayed this way until around 2am when the bars finally closed.
Also, there is limited ice available.

Un très bel hôtel proche du centre

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

L'odeur de pain grillé dès 7h le matin car la salle de petit déjeuner était juste en face de la chambre.
Le buffet petit déjeuner était à un prix trop élevé (22 €) et la formule à 9,90 € ne nous plaisait pas. Nous avons choisi de le prendre à l'extérieur

Great location, quiet room
Pros:

Excellent location next to the Old Bridge. Room was quiet, and bells from the nearby church only tolled between 7:00 and 22:00 (I think). Friendly staff at front desk, which was always staffed. Large room with hot water.

Cons:

Blackout curtains could have been better, and the mattresses were a bit stiff. Otherwise was nice!
