Pros:

La habitación con vistas al río y al puente son increíbles, la cama orientada hacia las vistas. Muy cómodo y super bien ubicado. El personal fue muy amable e incluso nos ofrecieron bebida al llegar para el check in.

I would look elsewhere.
Pros:

Great location. Right near the old town and the famous bridge. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Greeting was unfriendly. Public area toilet was covered in blood. The place needs modernising. Bathroom was old and the shower leaked. Noisy room at night.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr nett. Zimmer sauber, gutes Frühstück. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der etwas schiefe Boden in unserem Zimmer gewesen. Vom Bett ins Badezimmer zu gehen fühlte sich an, als wäre man auf einem Schiff und müsste die Schwankungen ausgleichen. Anders kann ich es nicht beschreiben.

Un endroit qui vaut le détour.
Pros:

Un super emplacement avec vue sur le fleuve, le personnel très sympathique malgré les échanges linguistiques différents, et un petit déjeuner sans reproche aucun.

Cons:

S'il faut vraiment écrire quelque chose, nous dirions, manque la climatisation, sachant que ce ne doit pas être possible de modifier cet état de fait dans cet hôtel, mais nous sommes arrivés à une période où nous avons pu nous en passer.

Klassiek hotel, mooie locatie, daardoor wèl wat lawaaiig.
De stad zelf is ronduit sfeervol en straalt als studentenstad een "jonge" sfeer uit...

Cons:

Parkeren in de Altstadt is alleen mogelijk in dure parkeergarages.
Opladen van EV kan uitsluitend daar, tegen hoge tarieven!

Schöner Aufenthalt in allerbester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt gegenüber der alten Brücke ist unschlagbar. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer, dass zum Innenhof gelegen war, der allerdings ziemlich schmuddelig aussieht, war sehr geräumig und liebevoll möbliert. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Das Business-Frühstück war für den Preis in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Pech, dass es bei unserem Besuch in Heidelberg extrem heiß war. Das Zimmer verfügte nicht über eine Klimaanlage und heizte sich stark auf. Es gab allerdings zwei starke Ventilatoren, die Abhilfe schaffen konnten. Die Oberbetten waren für die Jahreszeit zu schwer und zu warm.
