The most miserable and rude person on reception and running the bar, everything seemed to be an effort and no no personality. if that is the beast you can get to be client facing you need to take a long hard look at yourself’s. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the country for the last 30 years and this lady was easily one of if not the worst I have ever come across.

Room needed air con. Very rude staff in the morning. Me and my sister had arrived at 3am and we went down for breakfast that morning and saw a sign on the counter saying call a number for service. I noticed a lady smoking outside with a uniform on so I spoke with her and explained that both me and my sister did not have our phones with us and so who did we need to speak to to pay for breakfast. The lady (I think her name maybe Karen) begrudgingly got up from her seat and made her way around the counter and said sternly "you should have paid for breakfast when you arrived" to which I replied that we arrived at 3am and the last thing we thought of was paying for breakfast. She took our payment but didnt explain how breakfast worked so we figured it out ourselves. Other than this experience I thought the hotel was ok but that staff member was rude and shone a bad light on the hotel.
Very easy for getting to the airport , friendly staff. Took my advice from last visit and had menu in the rooms. Ate at the hotel had one of the best lasagna have ever eaten. Fresh salad and coleslaw as well.
Location, large room with small balcony, staff were very accommodating and helpful. Separate shower was a surprise!
The carpet was a bit tired and stained and made me think twice about going barefoot. A small fridge would be a bonus in a large room.
