Great location for flying out of east midlands and parking is £5 a night cheaper than airport parking.

Comfy beds, tidy enough, bedrooms could do.with a spruce up but totally fine for a nights stay before holiday.
Excellent value for money overall. Comfy bedroom; excellent food choice for dinner; tasty generous portions competitively priced. Excellent bacon was the highlight at breakfast, which otherwise was acceptable standard buffet fare.
Staff were friendly and helpful (if having to multi task) and at dinner Catherine kept the show on the road with her effervescent enthusiasm, assisted by her colleague at reception/bar.
Staff were not plentiful and as mentioned, the few that were there had to multi task to avoid delays.

Excellent welcome from the staff, breakfast team were fantastic, very chatty and really made us feel welcome.

The manager was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, listened to feedback and interacted well making the stay more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable abd exactly what we needed for our stay. Also added note to say really inclusive for gluten free.
Not all of the staff were as personable as the manager, but when this was raised it was dealt with. Tiny annoying thing was thst the WiFi kept dropping out

My kind of place. No frills, but comfy beds, a bath, a fan, windows which actually open and friendly, helpful staff- who go out of their way to help you.
I was lost due to a road closure. I phoned the hotel to say I'd be late. Giselle on reception, spent ages trying to help me find my way. I could hear her asking other people for their advice. When I eventually arrived, I was met by Simon, who was very kind and funny. He brightened my mood! The hotel may not have the most impressive decor, but what it lacks in design, it more than makes up for in value for money and the excellent customer service provided. Thank you to all at the Kegworth Conference Hotel. See you next week! 😀

The staff were brilliant, the receptionist was wonderful and super helpful. The room was great and very spacious
The Internet was abysmally slow and struggled to load web pages and the TV was pretty old
