Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location
Pros:

Was in a perfect location for the theatre that we were attending.
Special mention to Kim from reception she was a real star and was so helpful

Cons:

Only thing is that possibly it could offer breakfast

Initially booked a windowless room, however it was during the heatwave and wishes to upgrade on arrival. This wasn't an issue and for an additional £36 we were promptly reallocated to a 2nd floor room with a fan :0)

Un séjour agréable,je reviendrai!!
Pros:

J'ai bien aimer géographiquement de l'hôtel tous peut se faire à pieds tranquillement. Il y a des restaurants et supermarché de première nécessité pas trop loin de l'hôtel qui ouvrent jusqu'à 23hr.les personnels très souriant et gentils. Pour 4 nuits c'était parfait pour moi avec 2 filles ados et mon mari.

Great Location.
Pros:

The location of this Hotel is great. Pimlico and Victoria underground stations are close by. There is a good selection of Bars, Restaurants and Cafés a short walk away.

Cons:

The room was compact and also quite worn. The grouting on the bathroom floor was gone, the divan bases of the beds were worn, and the net curtain was ripped. Being in a top floor room meant it was very warm. The fans helped. We reported our television as not working, but it was not repaired or replaced for us.

Great location. Need a double bed, it was tiny.
Pros:

Location, clean and modern.

Cons:

Plug to the right hand side of bed didn’t work. Bed was 3/4 size. Shower turned on when neighbour used shower.

Comfortable stay near Victoria Station!
Pros:

Location, staff, comfort, the lift.

Cons:

We were there during cool evening temps. They do not have AC. But they did include an oscillator fan in the room…plus the window opens.

Cooked like in an oven inside while it's cool outside.
Pros:

The location is ok, and the staff was nice, not helpful at all, but nice.

Cons:

Worst room I ever been in.
Do not recommend! ( A specially in summer)
No AC, but the window almost doesn't open!
(Curtain was broken, we ask for days to get it fixed, with no help)
Even no celling fan!
No refrigerator to cool the water, and no cool fountain to fill up water anywhere in the hotel!
The ground floor room is terrible, anyone can look in, and you can shut the blind if you want a little Air in (the window open just a little bit)

They cramed us a family of 4 in a tiny hot room, the gave us floor fans, and said there's nothing else they can do.

There are portable ACs these days!
It's like living in the 1800s, and not in a good way.
We are getting cooked.


Location is ok, but it won't be helpful if you are getting boiled all night.
