Hotel, good value for money and very easy to reach central London by tube stations or bus
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, Mark was very helpful with explaining travel advice, bus route, tube stations, and providing a tube and city map, also suggested a good choice of Restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Our room was very clean and quiet at the back of the hotel, breakfast was included in the price which was very satisfactory, and each table was served by very friendly staff.

Pros:

Great location and great value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was nice, and although the hotel was fairly basic, it was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Cons:

The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, but this didn’t take away from my overall enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Staff was wonderfully charming, funny and helpfull.
Nicely located little hotel with good services and connections nearby.

Cons:

It was hot outside and despite the fan, without real air conditioning, a little hot inside as well

Comfortable stay in great location with staff you are welcoming and jolly.
Pros:

The room was small but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. They do not have air conditioning but the room had a powerful and quiet fan that rotated. The owners and staff were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the art on the walls. One of the owners told me they get the art at charity auctions. And, of course, the location is superb. Walking distance to Westminster attractions and the Tate Britain, but in a very quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

Be aware that the property does not have an elevator. Ask for a lower floor room if you are not able to negotiate stairs.

Friendly and comfortable hotel for short stays in London.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and gave us a room to suit my husband's mobility challenges. They were especially great at breakfast time. It's a family -run hotel and that made all the difference. Breakfast was fine, and the room was clean and all we needed. A good base for a weekend in London.
