Really good
Pros:

Très bon hôtel pour quelques nuits à Londres
Pros:

L'accueil était poli et chaleureux. L'emplacement est top, pas loin du métro, un arrêt de bus juste en bas, à 20 min à pied de Westminster. La chambre était particulièrement propre, confortable. L'absence de clim est compensée par un ventilateur au plafond et un petit ventilateur en plus. Parfait pour un court séjour !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était servi de manière efficace, mais il n'avait rien de spécial ! Dépanne bien mais sans plus :)

The staff were helpful and polite.
Peter in particular was very friendly and courteous at breakfast each morning

Cons:

Due to the extreme weather temperatures the room was very hot. Fans were supplied but AC would have been welcomed.

A acomodação tem excelente localização, estrutura e serviço. O atendimento é impecável, atencioso e o café da manhã maravilhoso.
Adoramos tudo. Foi uma estadia excelente!

Cons:

Infelizmente, tivemos o azar de pegar uma onde de calor e a acomodação não possui ar condicionado. Embora, seja possível abrir a janela e eles disponibilizarem 2 ventiladores, um de teto e um portátil, que nos salvou.

Pros:

The room was super clean, the location was amazing, and the host and reception team were very friendly and helpful. It looks like a family-run business, and they really pay attention to small details. Even during breakfast, the whole team worked together as one. I was amazed by how clean everything was throughout the hotel. Thank you!

By far the best place I stayed in London compared to 2 hostels and a row house room.
Pros:

1. Friendly and helpful staff.
2. Generous, healthy, and minimal breakfast.
3. Having my own room, bathroom, and a good-size bed to rest.
4. Cleanliness.
5. Wi-Fi.
6. Storing luggage for free.
7. Being across a bus stop giving great access to the rest of the city.
8. Close to Victoria Station.

Cons:

1. No elevator, I had to carry my luggage 4 floors.
2. For the rate I'd expect a more luxurious experience.

Pros:

L’emplacement à proximité la station métro et beaux quartiers

La salle des bains était propre

Cons:

Les chambres étaient pas très propres, pas de Clim ni ascenseur et les marches des escaliers sont très petites avec moquette bien épaisse donc un peu casse-gueule.

Very enjoyable!
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and informative.
Close proximity to public transport to centre of London.

Cons:

No lift and as one guest had mobility difficulties, the stairs were a problem. A lower floor would have been better. Also a fridge in the room would have been useful.

Intensive Tage in einer sehr heißen Stadt!
Pros:

Hotel liegt sehr gut, nette Nachbarschaft, gute Kneipen, Bus vor der Tür, Victoria Station ganz nah.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zur Straße raus, viel Verkehr, deswegen laut. Leider keine Abkühlung möglich.
