Pros:

L’hotel è in ottima posizione, vicino a Victoria Station e con di fronte la fermata della linea 24 che porta dritta a Trafalgar Square. Il personale gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e colazione preparata sempre al momento. Camera pulita tutti i giorni ed anche il cambio degli asciugamani.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere and location. Super clean. Exceptional service. Wonderful and extremely feeling breakfast.

Cons:

No AC. Unexpected heat wave at the time of our visit but the staff supplied extra fans.

Loved the owners and staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and started at 7 am. Staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and shower was great. Had safe in room.

Cons:

Room was fairly small, but reasonable.

Lovely place, room was a little small
Pros:

Really nice place, lovely location, very clean and the staff were really nice and welcoming. Actually really solid location for Victoria and easy to find, felt really safe around there too.

The breakfast was lovely and came really fast too.

It was also surprisingly very quiet!

Cons:

Just wasn't expecting such a small room, but it was pretty comfortable for me on my own. With a guest it would have been very tight. The TV was very outdated but that's nitpicking a little bit, don't think I was able to connect my Fire TV stick to it so was a little bored.
