清幽。雖然沒冷氣，有電風扇，開窗吹風，很舒服。
櫃檯人員都很好！

Cons:

只有浴巾，沒有毛巾，而且浴巾看起來髒髒的，但是並非每次都髒。隔音差，樓上蹦蹦聲。

Would definitely stay again and recommend
Pros:

Excellent location. Pretty rough in a heatwave - no AC or elevator and we were on the top floor. But the hotel did give a heads up at the time of booking so all good. Very clean and very nice staff.

Cons:

Just needed shelving to create a bit more surface space.

Highly recommended - although some people will need to reconsider if they need air conditioning
Pros:

Lovely and clean. Location fabulous. Staff very helpful and lovely.

Cons:

It was exceptionally hot without any air conditioning. We were in a top room and it was rather stifling. Although we had a fan - I think if you're sensitive to heat, then it would be a little unbearable.

Would definitely return and recommend to others.
Pros:

Hotel was clean with updated decor and a nice sized downstairs lounge. Hotel warned me at the time of booking that the room was small, no AC and no elevator. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Room needed better storage - shelving would help when a room is small. Nowhere to set things down.

Pros:

L'hôtel était très bien placé proche de St Pancras et de la station de métro. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à promximité. Plusieurs parcs et espaces verts proche de l'hôtel.

Cons:

L'abscence totale de climatisation surtout en période de canicule (37 dégrés à l'extérieur et 32 dans la chambre). Très difficile de dormir malgré le petit ventialteur fourni... Les chambres du dernier étage ne devraient pas êtres louées par des chaleurs pareilles.

Cons:

Leider am Hitze WE dort gewesen. Zimmer war ganz oben war super heiß. Hatte sich extrem aufgeheitzt. Es gab zum Glück einen Ventilator. Für das Wetter kann das Hotel ja nix.

予約トラブルと設備面の不備により、安心して滞在できなかったという印象。特にホテル側の対応に不満が大きい。
Pros:

スタッフが皆親切で感じ良かった。
立地が良くスーパーやバス停、飲食店など困らなかった。

Cons:

予約エラーで重複予約となり2部屋分の料金を請求され、すぐ事情を説明したのに返金してもらえず。なのに当日は1部屋しか用意されておらず満室と言われお金だけ取られた。初めて訪れる国で不安がある中、ホテルの対応が不親切で残念。
さらに確認不足ですが冷蔵庫なし・扇風機のみ・網戸なしで虫が多く暑さも厳しく、全体的に不満の残る滞在だった。

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant. L’emplacement est parfait (10min de King’s Cross, 10min de la station Euston (métro et train)). Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant pour un court séjour.

Cons:

Il y a peu de points négatifs sur cet hôtel. Le principal est l’absence de climatisation (mais indiqué dans le descriptif). L’absence d’un petit coffre-fort est regrettable. La chambre (pour 2 personnes) est légèrement petite.

Small but convenient room
Pros:

Fantastic location, very central and convenient, but quiet. Comfortable shower, clean room, comfortable bed. It's a small room, but has everything you need.

Cons:

It is clearly advertised that the hotel does not have airco, so it's literally nothing to blame the hotel for. I just happened to be in London during the hottest heatwave in June. There was a ventilator in the room, which helped a little, but I didn't sleep very well because of the heat. Also the curtain lets in a lot of light, so in summer you wake up early because day light hits your face from underneath the curtain. An eye mask is recommended.

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room with good service, good location. We could easily walk to Euston, British Library, Russell Square, and many great restaurants, coffee shops and gelato shops.

Cons:

We were there during the heat wave and it was definitely hot. The fans helped and closing the frames during the days, but we would have loved AC
