Персонал відмінний , вишколений , є проблеми з витяжкою з кухні і двері в номерах дуже грюкають

Чудовий персонал , ввічливі , привітні , гарне місце розташування !

Cons:

Сильний запах гарі з кухні , о 6 ранку в номері нема чим дихати , очевидно що витяжка на кухні не працює і всі запахи потрапляють в номера , маленька душова , двері в номера закриваються дуже гучно механізм дуже тугий .

Pros:

Hotel typique tout proche de la gare St-Pancras : un vrai atout pour les voyageurs venant en Eurostar !
Service bagagerie plus qu'appréciable qui permet de se promener en toute tranquilité.
Chambres conformes aux photos : propres et pratiques.
Serviettes changées chaque jour et lits refaits dès notre retour de balade !
Petits déjeuners de qualité et variés (sucré et anglais !!), top pour bien démarrer la journée !
Bref un lieu où l'accueil, la gentillesse et la serviabilité sont de rigueur !!! Merciii à toute l'équipe !

À la hauteur de ce à quoi je m’attendais.
Pros:

La disponibilité et la réactivité de mes différents interlocuteurs très professionnels. Le petit déjeuner. La localisation de l’hôtel à qq encablures de Saint Pancras.

Cons:

J‘ai réservé la petite chambre sous le toit. Elle était telle qu‘elle avait été décrite. J’ai été prévenu par la direction de l’hôtel plusieurs fois avant de m’y rendre. Donc. aucune critique la concernant. C’est parfait pour un très court séjour professionnel d’une nuit. Par contre, ce qui est gênant, c’est l’absence de prise électrique à proximité du lit. Je dispose d‘une machine contre l’apnée du sommeil. J‘ai du changer l’emplacement du lit et retirer la prise de la télévision pour pouvoir connecter ma machine. La longueur du câble m‘a permis de la brancher mais c’était très très juste. Un peu de stress au final et d’inconfort.

El personal es muy amable y el desayuno estaba bien

Cons:

La puerta del baño no se abría completamente por falta de espacio, no había aire acondicionado y se descansaba muy mal, la moqueta tenía mucho polvo y el baño no estaba bien limpio

Pros:

Ne-am simțit foarte bine, hotelul este într-o zonă care îți permite să te miști rapid către toate atracțiile orașului. Micul-de-jun a fost foarte ok, în hotel a fost liniște, camera a fost suficientă pentru un cuplu tânăr care nu a venit să stea în hotel ci să descopere orașul. S-a făcut curățenie zilnic. In afara faptului ca am prins două zile de temperaturi peste 30 de grade și s-a simțit lipsa aerului condiționat, totul a fost super ok și ne gândim să mai revenim deoarece nu am reușit să vedem tot ce era de văzut în oraș.
