No me gustó, hice la reserva y me enviaron correo electrónicos para confirmar la reserva. Hice el pago y al llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que no había reservado. La recepcionista da un pésimo trato. No ayuda a buscar solución solo te dice no.

Teníamos una reserva con oferta Genius, soy nivel 3, y no nos reservaron la habitación. No pude contactar con nadie de Nooking y tuve que buscarme un alojamiento alternativo por más del doble del precio que había reservado.

给我们的房间基本在地下室，阴湿潮湿，而且房间也很小，连放个大行李箱都找不到位置。

As reveni dar pentru o perioada mai scurta: 2-3 zile maxim.
Pros:

Curățenie,lenjeria si prosoapele schimbate zilnic; aproape de gara Paddington; multe mijloace de transport: autobuze,autocare,tren si metrou.Ne au dat un voucher de bun venit pentru micul dejun din ziua următoare.

Cons:

Nu este aer conditionat( doar ventilator- dar pentru cât am stat in camera suficient) .
Nu exista frigider in camera si fiind vara nu am avut cum sa ne punem ceva la rece; internetul nu a funcționat bine( deși le am semnalat au spus ca la ei functioneaza); gălăgie in hotel ( in unele seri clienții se strângeau la lobby bar si se auzeau discuțiile foarte bine).

Pros:

Unfortunately when I arrived at the hotel I was told my reservation was not on the system and Booking.com’s website had been hacked and not to give them my card details.

I then had to try and find a new hotel in the area at a big cost to myself.
I have contacted booking.com and had no response.

Esperienza purtroppo così cosi. Non abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che la stanza assegnataci si trovasse al piano sotterraneo. Inoltre, la gestione del servizio è stata poco flessibile: ci era stato offerto un bonus per la colazione, ma non abbiamo potuto usufruirne il giorno previsto a causa di un tour con partenza alle 7:00. Quando abbiamo chiesto alla reception di poter spostare il bonus al giorno successivo, ci è stato negato senza venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.
