Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prima ontbijt. Lekkker dicht in de buurt van Paddington Station (trein + metro). Veel resaturants in de buurt, van goede kwaliteit,

Cons:

Wij hadden eerlijk gezegd geen zaken die tegenvielen. Kamer was prima, badkamer was prima, ontbijtbuffet was prima en personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lovely hotel, great staff.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Tea/coffee was free, allday/night. Fan in room, perfect for the hot weather we had.

The room was very small, we had a family room which had 3 single beds. The room was big eni7gh for 2 beds max.
