Host friendly good breakfast and fairly quiet location
Pros:

Good location good room spacious with one large double and single bed with side sea view

Cons:

Room 109 window was in a dreadful state rotten wood frame and no handle on the left hand side opening to shut it luckily it was not winter time

For a 'budget' hotel, it's excellent and I'd thoroughly recommend staying here
Pros:

Location great. Hotel v slightly dated but very good for the price. Very clean. Very friendly reception. Excellent breakfast, full English and other choices, and lovely quality. Rooms clean, very good white fresh bed linen, tea coffee and tv in rooms. I'd definitely stay there again.

Nothing, excellent value

Pros:

The Hotel is conveniently located. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets located nearby. A short walk the the Pier and Royal Pavilion. Very welcoming staff.

Cons:

The parking is expensive at £25 per day out the front or cheaper if you can find one around the town

Overall I was happy with my stay. Just some minor improvements needed to be great :)
Pros:

The location was great, easily walkable to the beach front and the lanes etc. The host was friendly and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage there all day on our last day before heading beack to the train station.

Cons:

Whilst the breakfast was well stocked and of good size portion and choice some elements were either over cooked (bacon) or cold (beans & coffee). The hotel is a little dated so be prepared for some elements to feel like that (rip sheet on the bed).

Alojamiento acogedor y agradable
Pros:

La habitación está cuidada, bonita y limpia. La ubicación es excelente con un parque delante y justo al lado del mar. Los trabajadores son encantadores y muy atentos.

Cons:

El baño, pese a que era correcto y limpio, era un poco pequeño.
El servicio de limpieza llamó insistentemente, e intento entrar con sus llaves a las 9 de la mañana a la habitación, no entendíamos que pasaba y era simplemente para entrar a limpiar...la salida es a las 11:00...fue un poco raro, deberían de cuidar eso porque solo estuvimos una noche y nos hubiera gustado descansar como correspondía.

Authentischer Charm
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Concierge der uns gute Tips gab. Schönes altes Haus.
Dicht an der Bushaltestelle in die Stadt und auch raus zu den Seven Sisters. Zu Fuß auch nur 10min in die Stadt.
Frühstück war solide, mehr aber auch nicht.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer unterm Dach war krumm und schief, was besonders im Bad auffiel. Es ist herausfordernd auf einem angeschrägten Klo zu sitzen.
Die Zimmerdecke war auch sehr niedrig.
Eine Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen die anderen waren aber okay.

Perfect for what we needed .
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating as we arrived after 11pm due to a delayed Eurostar. The gentleman welcomed us in and showed us our room.

Cons:

The room was very warm so maybe turning on the Aircon prior to arrival would have been appreciated. We did visit during the heatwave.

Gutes günstiges Zimmer mit guter Lage und gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns gefallen, zentral aber ruhig. Man konnte die Möwen und die Brandung schon hören. Wir waren ganz oben im Dachzimmer 110. Frühstück war gut. Das full English war sehr gut es gibt auch französisches Frühstück, weil die Gastgeberin aus Frankreich stammt, haben wir allerdings nicht probiert. Auch gibt es für Abends viele unterschiedliche vor allem französische Weine.

Cons:

Das Dachfenster war toll weil man gut lüften und mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, es ist aber schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Okay for a night stay but wouldn’t choose for longer stay.
Pros:

The staff I met were pleasant and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and clean,
The bathroom though small was clean .
Breakfast was nice .
Location is good. Was okay for a night stay

Cons:

Not quite as expected , our twin room was at the very top of the house ,lots of stairs , looked very dated , odd furniture , definately not upgraded , some of the stairs etc poor condition.
