The manager was so very nice when we arrived.

To be honest there isnt anything I can comment on apart from i didn't like that our stay was over to quickly and would have loved to stay longer

There was a bit of leak on the roof that made the floor by the shower which made the carpet soaked in thay area

L’insonorisation n’est pas géniale, nous avons entendu les voisins se crier dessus en pleine nuit 🙃, aussi notre porte laissait passer beaucoup de la lumière (en continue) du couloir donc pas terrible pour bien dormir.
Nobody cleaned our room during our stay
It was very close to the beach and close to the bus stops.
The guy as the reception was kind as I have asked to give me a private bathroom. Much appreciated
It was a bit noisy outside as some people stayed in the front park until late night
The staff was very lovely and super nice. The older gentleman had lots of stories to tell. We stayed downstairs, what felt like the basement, that was a pity.
The room was clean and spacious. However, it was also very, very warm. No windows to open and only a small fan that worked on a timer. Therefore we had to get out of bed multiple times a night when we woke up because of the warmth. Also, our room did not look like the pictures at all.
Parking is nicely priced with the voucher, however it is difficult to find a spot near the hotel. Other than that, the hotel seems to be located next to crack city. We got stopped multiple times by male druggies.
If you manage to avoid those men, the hotel is right next to Pier and just a ten minute walk from the Lanes and North Laine.
In total, a mixed review. The staff is lovely, the location both great and not. The room could really use an airconditioning unit to make it more comfortable.
The owner is kind and friendly. The location is also great. The room was clean and well kept.
If you leave the window open at night you get a bit of noise from outside. No air conditioning or fan available in the room.

The location is brilliant and the staff are all so friendly
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut, es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle liegt 2 min weg (seven sisters, Bahnhof). Das Personal ist recht freundlich und auskunftsbereit. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Die Betten sind etwas schmal.
The location of New Stein is amazing! Herve was the ultimate host and welcomed us so warmly.
He was even kind enough to chill some champagne we had for visiting friends.
The room was fantastic, very comfortable and quiet, we slept like babies! Everything you really need is in the room.
