The property is in a very good location, the staff is excellent, and everything is clean. The breakfast is decent. The only downside is that the rooms are very small and narrow.
Veľmi dobrá lokalita hotela, je to v blízkosti metra. Izby boli čisté, pravidelná výmena uterákov na dennodennej báze, aj upratanie izby. Recepcia bola nepretržite k dispozícii. Páčila sa mi aj možnosť uskladnenia cenností v trezore na izbe.
Veľmi malá izbička, človek si nemal kam odložiť veci, ani kufor. Mne to na prespanie nevadilo, ale nemala som ani odkladací priestor alebo skriňu na odloženie vecí. Sprchový kút už bol v horšom stave, aj keď bol čistý. Taktiež bolo počuť metro, ale to je vzhľadom na blízkosť stanice, samozrejmé, treba s tým ale počítať.

La colazione è poco varia e se vuoi delle uova le paghi a parte ( 4 £ per 3 uova).
Convenient location close to the underground and within walking distance to Hyde park etc.
Rooms were very small
It was very nice, clean, comfortable, nice facilities, air con easy to adjust or turn off, good location for us, pleasant staff
Breakfast was ok, good variety of foods, but quality not fab
One small lift as the main access for 5 floors was not ideal
I had some parcels delivered to the hotel and the staff went well above and beyond to ensure I got them safely. Really great care shown. Exceptional breakfast too.
I was shown through an interlink door between a couple of parts of the building (which included a few steps with a heavy suitcase). But there is an easier route by heading back into the street and going in the entrance down the road from reception. Only one step that way and much easier. Minor thing.
El hotel está muy bien, nuestra habitación era nueva. La sección del edificio había sido ampliada y restaurada, por lo tanto todo era nuevo.
El desayuno era muy completo, aquellos que les gusta el desayuno inglés aquí lo pueden disfrutar.
La habitación era muy confortable y tenía todo lo que se necesita.
Un aparte es la ubicación y Paddington ha mejorado muchísimo. Realmente un opción perfecta, con opciones de metro y bus a todas partes.

Location was excellent, reception and cleaning staff very good.
Size of room was an issue as nowhere to put 2 suitcases but typical of London??
部屋の清掃が行き届いており、毎日部屋に帰るとベットメイクもタオルも新しくなっていてとても気持ち良く過ごせた。バス停がすぐ近くで、ミュージカルで帰りが遅くなっても、買い物で荷物が重くなっても安心で便利だった。私たちの部屋はフロントの隣の建物で、フロントを通らずに部屋に入れたので、アパートに住んでいるような感じだった。ロンドンに来たらまた泊まりたい。
