The front desk staff where lovely
最寄りのパディントン駅からエリザベスラインが使えるので、エアコン付き車両で移動できます。これは昨今の暑いロンドン内移動時の体力消耗を防いでくれます。また、ホテルのスタッフは大変親切で、私はいろいろなことをレセプションで確認してから行動できました。
長期滞在しましたが、朝食のメニューは毎日まったく同じでした。仕方ないですかね。
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war allerdings für zwei Erwachsene ziemlich klein, ebenso das Badezimmer. Das Frühstück im Hotel haben wir nicht genutzt.
Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört viele Geräusche aus den anderen Zimmern und vom Flur, was etwas störend sein kann.

La posizione è ottima, in zona tranquilla ma vicina alla metro di Paddington, dove ci sono diverse linee. Colazione buona, staff molto gentile, stanze pulite. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Hotel che sembra più “familiare” rispetto alle catene.
La moquette nella stanza, un po’ vecchia. Credo che l’hotel sia composto da due edifici diversi quindi probabilmente c’è differenza tra le varie stanze.
The location was fabulous so close to Paddington Station very easy to get around all the tourist attractions.
We booked 2 rooms with breakfast included but, when we checked in they said only one room included breakfast, the reception staff were rude and unhelpful saying if we wanted breakfast we had to pay extra!
The executive twin room was so small you couldn’t open the fridge or the wardrobe properly because the bed was in the way! The pillows were thin and lumpy, where the filling had all separated.
The teeny tiny bathroom was so weirdly figured out with the door opening into the room so you had to climb over the toilet to get out as the large sink unit took up so much space.
The shower was mounted at waist height, not adjustable, so if you didn’t want the big overhead rain shower, you had to hose yourself down with the hand held shower!!!
How this hotel was awarded 4 stars is beyond me!!! Would definitely not recommend
La posizione e le camere, spaziose e pulite. Le nostre camere erano al piano inferiore (LG), arredate in modo impeccabile e dotate di tutto il necessario. Molto confortevoli!
La colazione molto buona ma aggiungerei qualcosa di dolce (ci sono solo croissant e mini muffin). Ottima la versione salata!!
Super convenient location. A short walk from Paddington station where the Heathrow express goes directly to. Plenty of public transport within 1-5mins walk meaning all areas of London were accessible. Plenty of good local food options near the hotel. Room was a good size, no complaints. Would come back and stay again
The air conditioning could have been slightly cooler but it still made a noticeable difference compared to being outside.
Alles was heel goed. Uitermate vriendelijk personeel. De mooie kamer met ruim goed bed, frigo, kluisje en goed werkende airco werd dagelijks opgemaakt. Dat geldt ook voor de kleine eenpersoonskamer van slecht 9 m² die onze zoon prima vond.
Het ontbijt was goed naar Engelse standaard: Full English aangevuld met ham, kaas en salami, fruit (uit blik), potjes yogurt en croissants.
De ligging van het hotel, in een mooie rustige buurt op 5 minuutjes wandelen van Paddington Station (meerdere metro-lijnen w.o. de Elizabeth Line) en met een aantal restaurantjes in de buurt, is gewoonweg top.
Als je bij het ontbijt toch een ander eitje (gepocheerd is het enige wat je kan bestellen ipv roerei) wil, moet je dat extra betalen.
Verder niets.

Smallest bathroom I’ve ever been in. Basically had to step into the tub to open the door when you were in the bathroom.

Very good location, the service was excellent, room was cleaned perfectly daily. Staff were nice and attentive. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. walking distance to the Hyde Park and Exford Street.
The suite room is located in the lower ground level, which was ok, but our unit was located just below the restaurant which gets a bit noisy in the morning.
the standard room in the first floor was too small, but I think this is typical for London hotels.
