I booked 2 rooms. They sent me only 1 message. Upon arrival, i had to remind them that the booking is for 2 rooms. They arranged a 2nd room which was awful and not ready to issue any alternate.
Room was awful
It was near shops
It was falsely advertised. We booked thinking we were getting the rooms they show on website. We had to walk through the house and out into the backyard. We were in what looked like a flat roof shed. You could see the light come in from all around the door. Nobody could stay there in the winter. Went to have a shower and couldn’t because it was blocked and would have overflowed. Nothing like what it should have been. We are so disappointed.

Está en un barrio tranquilo con buena comunicación con el aeopuerto y el centro de la ciudad y, tiene supermercados cerca.
El mantenimiento de la habitación podría mejorarse.
El hervidor estaba completamente oxidado.
Private bathroom and good location close to the tram stop
Qualidade/ preço e proximidade a transportes públicos. Quarto relativamente confortáveis, mas com o minimo de conforto necessário. No geral, é uma boa opção para ficar em Edimburgo. Recomendo.
Struttura molto pratica, sicuramente la nostra camera non era bella però era pulita e di buone dimensioni.
Molto comodo il piccolo angolo cucina con bollitore, bicchieri e tazzine per potersi preparare un caffè o thè.
Ho interagito con il personale solo tramite messaggi (perché il check-in e il check-out si fanno in autonomia con i codici che fornisce la struttura) mi sono sembrati disponibili e veloci a rispondere.
La nostra camera era seminterrata e si sentivano molto i rumori delle persone che camminavano sopra.
poca cura per i dettagli, la camera era molto spartana con il soffitto basso e c'erano anche degli impianti a vista sul soffitto.
Parking privatif dans une cour derrière l'hotel. Lits confortables et chambre agréable. quartier sympa avec un grand parc devant. Nous n'avons pas utiliser notre voiture de tous le séjour car le centre de la ville est accessible à pied en 30 minutes.
Les moquettes dans l'ensemble des couloirs et escaliers n'étaient pas très propres. La chambre étaient en sous toits et deux des lits étaient sous un plafond assez bas.
