I liked being able to pick up and drop off the key at my convenience using the codes emailed to me.
No hand towel for the bathroom; only one bathroom for 4 adults; no blind / curtain for the window in the back room; no privacy curtain or similar for the front room.
Die umliegenden Geschäfte, Restaurants und Supermärkte, der Park und die Anbindung in die Stadt sind sehr gut.
Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lüften war nur schwer möglich, was an warmen Tagen unangenehm ist.

No ar conditioner or fan in a very warm weather. Also the TV wasn't working

Our room was located in the car park and the car park was filthy. Too much stairs to carry luggage to get to our room. The bathroom was too small. There's no shelf or nothing in the shower to put your things on. The room needs maintenance, touch of paint here and there. There's a sign at reception saying free calls to taxi but that's a lie. The bin in the car park that is suggested to put our rubbish in is atrocious, filthy and disgusting to touch or even try to open to put rubbish in
Het hotel ligt aan een park en vlak bij bussen richting het centrum en op loopafstand van Leith. Er is een ruime parkeerplaats achter het hotel.
De ventilator in de badkamer maakt vrij veel lawaai en blijft nog lang door gaan nadat het licht al uit is. Er is geen ontbijt bij het hotel, maar in de buurt zijn wel diverse tentjes waar een heerlijk ontbijt te krijgen is.
Good location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds
Rooms need basic refurbishment/renewal - everuia crappy old; No personnel attention at all; False fire alarm went off at 5 in the morning - hotel guests had to wait approximately an hour on the street waiting for firefighthers without any any explanations or anybody from hotel staff being present.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 15 pm and now, during the night somebody try to enter
We liked the location, facilities, water pressure and comfortability of the rooms.
Water is draining slow in the shower room. The size of one of the rooms could be bigger. We were surprised by not having a reception but it wasn’t an issue.
