Nice accommodation
Pros:

The room was very good size, the toilet, kettle, tea/coffee options, microwave and fridge facilities were great. A beautiful park accross the road were nice to walk around, plenty of shops there to buy if you wish to eat and drink in your room or in the park as no breakfast at the property provided. Although it's pricey for what it is, would have paid for extra night if it was available (we tried 🙂). Plenty of buses to take (or taxi). Parking on the street was free and there were plenty of spaces available. Plenty of light, high ceilings and big windows, loved it.

Cons:

Location is around residential area and didn't feel a great place to walk back to the property at night. The price what we paid should have been much less, I guess that's what happens when it is around half-term, Eid Mübarek & Edinburgh marathon.

La ubicación y el parking.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó era un sótano sin ventilación no hicieron las camas en los dos días que estuvimos allí, ni cambiaron las toallas, lo único que pusieron fueron sobres para el desayuno. El colchón de la cama pequeña estaba hundido y se dormía fatal.

Nette Unterkunft, die gut zentral gelegen ist.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet – das galt auch für das Badezimmer. Die zentrale Lage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Die Unterkunft versprüht einen charmanten, historischen Vibe und ist ein lebendiger Ort, an dem man viele verschiedene Menschen trifft. Der Check-in läuft komplett digital ab; man sollte sich die Anleitung vor der Ankunft also unbedingt aufmerksam durchlesen. Das mag im ersten Moment ungewohnt sein, ist aber mit ein wenig Geduld absolut machbar.

Cons:

Leider hat unser Raum einwenig gerochen und die Räume sind sehr hellhörig.

Decent value for money
Pros:

The room was a decent size and had everything we needed for a basic night's stay. The room was clean, linen and towels were spotless. Easy to follow instructions on how to get access to the building and for the key safe to get our room key. Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The beds were solid so I'm afraid I didn't really get any sleep. If you like a very firm mattress then the room would be perfectly comfortable for you. We were also only given one very flat pillow per person.

Cons:

Check in sehr unpersönlich und nur für Gäste geeignet die sehr Fit sind im Umgang mit dem Smartphone sind.
ein wechsel der Sprachführung auf z.B. deutsch wäre sehr hilfreich.
Ich bevorzuge Hotels mit Personal mit dem man reden kann.
Ich habe schon bei Ihnen gewohnt und da gab es noch Breakfast und Menschen.
Bei meiner Reise mit 10 Übernachtungen waren Sie die einzigste ohne Breakfast, leider in Leith fast nicht mehr zu bekommen.
