Petit hotel, chambre moyenne plus et personnel fantastique qui me fait remonter ma note.
Pros:

L'accueil et le personnel sont au top, bravo, en particulier pour le repas et le petit déjeuner. Polis, serviables, attentionnés, les employés sont vraiment exceptionnels. Merci à eux.

Cons:

La chamlbre était un peu vieillissante mais propre, vue sur les toits avec les clims (bof) meme si un effort avait été fait pour mettre un peu de verdure sur le toit.
Sinon, dans la chambre tout était présent, salle de bain très propre.

Very comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent central location for our visit to the Black Isle Show. Lovely breakfast and extensive menu for food all day.

Cons:

We were in an apartment attached to the hotel and a couple of small additions to the apartment would be very useful - a mirror in the double bedroom would be useful for drying your hair - a kitchen cloth/jaycloth would be useful in the kitchen, and some instruction on what to do with the bins/recycling would be useful as each local authority has different rules for this. Some complimentary tea/coffee and milk would also have been much appreciated, as I feel these items would have been supplied if we were in a room in the hotel.

Outstanding breakfast and welcoming staff
Pros:

- The breakfast was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared and personally served. It really stood out compared with the rather basic breakfast buffets we experienced in many chain hotels.
- Very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
- A great base for exploring the Loch Ness area.
- Spacious and comfortable room.

Cons:

- There was no air conditioning, which made the room quite warm during our stay. Fortunately, a fan was provided in the wardrobe, which helped a lot.
- The bathroom was modern and spacious, but we missed having a handheld shower head, which would have made it more practical 😊
