The location, the friendly staff and spotless clean rooms.
Nothing! I liked everything :)
It's a true boutique yet super affordable hotel in the heart of a very posh South Kensington neighborhood! The location for me was a 10 out of 10: it's in a very nice and quiet area, close to the tube (a 5-7 min walk), walking distance to the amazing Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and even Harrods is close, yet it's not overloaded with tourists and it's a very posh residential area. The cozy and stylish lobby smells divine!
My room (on the 3rd floor) was spotless and spacious, with a great shower (water pressure — 10 out of 10!), safe, iron, slippers, hairdryer, and complimentary water bottles in the fridge. The AC worked wonders!
Personally, I was very satisfied with breakfast — you could order eggs your way and add sausage or bacon, have some yogurt, croissants, cheese and ham. It's not a lot, but for me it was more than enough.
Everyone was super helpful, polite, and courteous. Special thanks to Natthalie, Luiza and Joy — thank you, girls, for making me want to come back (and I did!). Apologies if I misspelled any of your names!
One thing to mention for full honesty: you might find it a bit tricky to carry a large suitcase between the two elevators to reach the higher floors. On my second stay, I only had a carry-on and didn't run into the same issue.
Location (close to museums, Hyde Park, Albert Hall and Imperial College). Nice ‘boutikish’ design. My room (22) was of decent size for London.
Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast
Nothing
Location! Very walkable, close to two tube stops, the V&A Museum, the Natural History Museum, shopping in Knightsbridge and Chelsea, Kensington Gardens. Great AC during London heat wave, quiet room with no traffic noise, very nice front desk staff, safe neighborhood.
Nothing not to like. Highly recommend!
Beautiful accommodation in the perfect location
Location, comfort, staff, price
Single mezzanine floor rooms have too many steps away from lift
Boutique hotel stay, very friendly staff
Nothing
Location, cleanliness, staff
Bedside light had no bulb making it hard if you had to get up at night. Especially as bathroom was accessed via small not easy stairs.
Ideal location

Would have liked more choice at breakfast.
