Location was great for the Royal Albert Hall and underground, good size room with small terrace. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was a little underwhelming with limited food on offer no poached eggs or avocado for example.
It was beautifully decorated and classy, and we happened to get an upgrade as we walked into the door which was very helpful for my mum, who could stay on the level floor and be in a quiet room despite being next to the breakfast room. Very efficient air con and the comfiest beds we've stayed in. Bonus was we got a little balcony with seating!

Great little hotel in a perfect location for a stay in London. Situated within sight of the Natural History museum and less than 10 minutes walk from two tube stations. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was very clean and tidy, and our delux room was very comfortable.

A menu would have been useful , didn't know what was on offer. Was told fried eggs bacon and sausage,3 slices of cremated only arrived on a plate .Would have preferred mushrooms and tomatoes if it was available

Really lovely - spacious room and it felt exclusive. Far from the large and impersonal hotel chains.
That I didn’t have time to have the breakfast. First sitting was at 7.30am but we had to leave at 7.20am.
