Authentic London experience
Pros:

Lovely gem of a hotel - clean, renovated, staff very polite and helpful, on a busy street but not noisy. Near a tube and bus station, located in the beautiful Kensington. Lovely bathing products!
Whoever complains about the narrow steps or small rooms - it is the price you pay for staying in a beautiful traditional Edwardian townhouse, which is a true London experience itself!

Pros:

Our receptionist held our luggage as we were too early to check into our room. When we returned the luggage was waiting in the room for us. All the staff we met were very accommodating.The bed and shower were first class.

Overall excellent and would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were all lovely and we had bedroom 3 on the lower ground floor. It was small but perfect for our over night stay. The air conditioning was great and the bed, and pillows were very comfortable.
The shower was excellent.
Breakfast in the morning was good quality and there was plenty.
I would stay again if in the area.

Cons:

There was no real WiFi in our room which meant that we could not chrome cast our phone to the TV which was possible, however this was not real problem for us but needs addressing.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for Royal Albert Hall and various other museums. I booked as was going to a gig. Hotel was compact and clearly well designed for the size with a nice lounge and reception area and breakfast room and outdoor terrace. Room was bright and clean and super comfy bed. The staff were lovely and the photos up the staircase were a great feature.

Nothing my stay was fab.

Great little hotel with good standard and friendly staff.
Pros:

Clean, no frills, nicely designed hotel well placed between South Ken and Gloucester Road tube stations. Quite ok breakfast, friendly staff. Good bathrooms. Coffee and tea making equipment in rooms.

Cons:

Rooms are smallish but if you’re not planning on hanging out at the hotel, they’re perfectly fine.
