Pros:

I liked that it was walking distance to both kings cross station and st pancreas.
There was loads of places to eat and local buses 5 minutes walk from hotel

Cons:

I didn't like that it had no lift and the walls were super thin so you could hear folk walking up and downstairs and a couple were having a fight at 1 am in the morning. We were up at 5am to catch our train so not much sleep I recommend ear plugs.
The twin room was pretty small for 2 adults but we managed.

You get exactly what you pay for, no complaints about price/value on that front.
Pros:

Location great. Room small but perfectly functional and clean. TV with multiple channels, tea/coffee making facilities, sink/towel/soap/shaving point etc. Comfortable bed, spotless linen, quiet enough (until morning!). All staff were great - from my late checkin to checkout. Polite, courteous, helpful.

Cons:

The lack of an ensuite bathroom is never great but was made clear at time of booking. Top floors a challenge for those less 'able' - no lift access as far as I could see.

La ubicacion, habitación limpia

Cons:

Instalaciones muy anticuadas, paredes y puertas muy delgadas se siente todo lo que ocurre en habitaciones cercanas y de arriba (en mitad de la noche pensé que alguien había entrado a mi habitación) pero era a otra.
No tiene ascensor.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, junto a la estación de King's Cross. Esta estación te permite realizar transbordos con varias líneas de metros y autobús. Pequeño frigorífico y hervidor de agua. Aunque recuerda llevarte un adaptador para los enchufes del Reino Unido, para poder cargar el teléfono.

Cons:

Habitación pequeña, con materiales de construcción y muebles muy antiguos, sin aislamiento acústico.

Volvería si dudas.
Pros:

Localización, limpieza y barrio Estaba a 200 metros o menos del King Cross Station lo cual es un extra de cara a si tienes que coger el metro o tren para el aeropuerto. Recogían la habitación todos los días. El barrio era muy chulo y seguro por lo que podías ir andando al centro de Londres si querías ( nosotros lo hicimos varias veces)..unos 25 min como mucho.

Cons:

La habitación algo pequeña pero suficiente (Llevábamos un carro de un niño). Es decir, he puesto esto por poner un pero...pero sin duda volvería . Calidad-Ubicacion-Precio de 10!

Great budget stay with excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location to St Pancras / King's Cross. Literally a 3-4 minute walk.
Room was very clean - cannot fault that at all.
Given what I paid, I feel I had good value for money (especially since I had my own private bathroom). This is not a glamorous hotel by any means but it is fairly priced, clean, and safe. Staff were friendly and I was even able to check in a bit earlier. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. You get what you pay for and I am content with my stay. The furniture could of course do with an upgrade as it is fairly outdated but for a budget hotel, I fully understand the cost limitations.

Excellent location and wifi. Very basic room.
Pros:

Location is excellent: a few meters from King's Cross station. Staff were nice. Room was clean. Excellent wifi.

Cons:

It is at the cheap end (for the absurd prices of London accommodation anyway) and it shows. I stayed in a basement room. Bathroom is super small - sink is barely usable. Bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in there and then they tried to disguise the smoke smell with something else. Shower area was tiny, but the shower itself worked well (good pressure and reliable temperature) No side lamp next to bed. Side tables and little wardrobe were all wobbly (besides being exceedingly ugly and cheap). Sash window was open at the top (it appeared to be stuck open) - luckily it wasn't cold and I like fresh air.
