Well located and well run hotel
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was excellent.

Cons:

The constant noise from the bathroom ventilation system. Would recommend taking earplugs.

Good location, easy walking distance to Paddington station and tube. Clean room. Helpful staff.

The room was tiny. Hardly any room to turn around in the shower/toilet. Expensive.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nicht sauber. Außerdem war der Toilettendeckel gebrochen und nicht erneuert sondern geklebt worden.

Tolle Lage. Nur ein paar Schritte zur Paddington Station

Das Hotelzimmer war extrem klein, das Badezimmer sanierungsbedürfrig. Die Heizung lief trotz Hitzewelle. Kühlung nur mit Ventilator möglich.

The area was nice, hotel staff was nice.

Cons:

The room had ants the shower door was broken there was tape holding the bottom of the shower together to stop the leaks.
