Great stay will use again if coming to London
Pros:

Great location for Hyde park, Buckingham palace, Westminster abbey & shopping. Not completely central so you do get a bit of relief from the constant car horns which is good. We were able to drop our luggage before check in which was handy. Basement rooms have air con. Window rooms have a fan. We opted for a window room overlooking the street.

Cons:

Don’t expect t the ritz this is a budget hotel you will get what u have paid for. This was exactly what we needed so no dislikes 👍

The stay was good apart from the fact that a basic human necessity such as water was unavailable

Was told there was no breakfast available

Cons:

There was no drinking water available. neither tap or to buy, this was very disappointing especially during a HEATWAVE
The staff just said no there is none with no other options. They didnt even apologise or give an alternative option such as a nearby shop or way of getting some from elsewhere

Great place to stay with easy access to London
Pros:

Ideal location for our trip to Hyde Park for BST.
Comfy room.
The air con came in very handy.
Great location with several tube stations within walking distance.

Pros:

Room had air conditioning, clean towels every day, great location for transport, very quiet

For pricing we paid, can not complain, slightly worm and needs some updates in carpets , etc
