L'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.
Chambre bruyante (car mal isolée et proche de earl's court station) et étouffante (pas de courant d'air possible, pas de climatisation, heureusement il y avait un ventilateur).
Location of the hotel was perfect for us. Room was pleasant, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our room was ready early and we were able to leave our bags the day we checked out.
Water pressure in the shower was poor. We were on the third floor and there were alot of stairs. There is no lift in the hotel.

Ideal location and a great size room for three sharing.
The room was in the basement so natural light and air flow was limited. However, didn’t detour from the fact it was very well cleaned and a good shower.

Manque une prise murale pour bien faire. Attention pour sortir sur la terrasse, l'espace est réduit et j'y ai déchiré un t-shirt à cause du bois de la porte.
Quelques longs cheveux restaient au niveau de la douche et des essuies de bain.
Dommage que le personnel ne connaissait pas vraiment le coin lorsque je demandais des conseils de visites ou de restaurants.
Hotellet ligger veldig nært til District og Piccadilly underground. Lett å komme seg til sentrum eller Kew garden. Flere bra puber i området. Hotellet i seg er noe oppgradert i forhold til noen andre, så det er bra rom og bad. Personalet er vennlige og imøtekommende.
Et generelt problem i Storbritannia er at det mangler aircondition. Det kan bli veldig varmt på rommet, og det er ikke alltid det hjelper med viften som oftest står der.
Great location, very good reception
Cleaning was disappointing. Found numerous hair from other people in bedding the first night. Some cleaning had been done for our second night's stay but still clearly in a rush...
The hotel location was convenient to the London Underground.
The staff were pleasant.
The room was a good size, very clean and the beds were comfortable.
The room was located on the top floor of the hotel which has no lift. This meant climbing or descending 8 flights of stairs each time which was difficult as both my wife and I are in our 60's and have health problems. There was no alternative room available.
Our stay was in the middle of a heatwave and there was no air conditioning in the room. We had to make do with two electric fans which were far from effective.
When walking in the room the floorboards protruded up in some areas and sank down in other parts.
As a retired fire officer, I was shocked to find fire doors wedged open on several floors, a serious occurrence in any hotel but more frighteningly so as the single staircase was the only means of escape in the event of a fire.
Close to underground station, staff were lovely. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
