La posizione vicina alla metro Earls'curt è ottima ed il terrazzino della nostra camera è stato un confort aggiuntivo per colazione e aperitivo fai da te.

Cons:

Assenza di A/C.
Arredo del terrazzo scadente e scarso (solo 2 sedie e un tavolino quando la camera è da 4 persone)
Camera molto piccola per 4 ospiti.
Arredi troppo minimal.

Pros:

Due to hot weather the staff provided extra fans at no additional cost

Cons:

Stayed on top floor. 80 steps up to be precise. Not good for anyone who has walking difficulties but it do state on website floors are accessible by stairs only

Bilo je čisto.Lokacija odlična.

Cons:

Soba je bila u podrumu. U životu nisam bila u smdljivijoj dobi. Sva mi je odjeća smrdila na plijesan. Vani je bilo 36 stup jeva, a mi nismo imali klimu u sobi niti mali frižider.

Clean & functional room though very hot, dirty public areas and poor service.
Pros:

The room was clean and there were twin beds.

Cons:

My son was there a day ahead of me and they told him to check k out and take his bag after first night of a 4 night stay - he is young and didn’t question it and walked around London all day with his luggage.
Stairwells haven’t been vacuumed in a long time.
Booking information is misleading saying it’s in Kensington and Chelsea (being the borough), it’s around the corner from Earls Court.
No lifts or help getting bags up 3 narrow flights of stairs.
Tea and milk not topped up so had to trek up and down 3 flights of steps to ask for some.
Twin room with no air conditioning in a heat wave with a tiny pedestal fan suitable for facing one of the beds. Needed a second fan for other bed.
Cheap red pump soap was only toiletry provided.

Great location and clean

Cons:

The steep internal stairs were a problem for me. I had to unpack my bag and carry it up bit by bit. My bag was only 12kg but too difficult for me on those stairs. Night porter took my bag down at 7am on departure but no help otherwise. No lift. No aircon.

La vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana

Cons:

Struttura antiquata, forse anni 40; tre piani senza ascensore, un tappeto guida sulle scale consunto e datato, molto piccola la camera, minuscolo il bagno una sola sedia ed un tavolino, neanche un armadio, solo un appendiabiti aperto; niente frigo o condizionatore solo un ventilatore da 10 euro; al bango, tutto di plastica, neanche una presa di corrente, Asciugamani di mezza misura, uno solo a testa; serratura anni 20 senza neanche una sicurezza; mancanza quadro elettrico e luci di emergenza; una presa non funzionava. Passabile se si capita per un paio di giorni ma nulla di più
