L'accueil et la localisation de l'hôtel nous ont permis de bien apprécier la ville et notre séjour.

Très bon emplacement. Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner à prendre à l'extérieur.

It's pretty dated, the beds were uncomfortable and no lift so have to carry bags up stairs.

Family run old school charming Hotel in central Cardiff
Pros:

Alison & the staff were beyond friendly & helpful! We very much appreciated them accommodating us with an earlier check in time.
The security features at the front door made us feel safe & comfortable. There was an 'old school' charm to this establishment that we enjoyed.

Cons:

Not to fault the proprietors, it's hard to compete with the chain hotels, but we found some things a bit dated. IF one is a light sleeper, do not take a street facing view, it's noisy, even during the week.

Good value for money, if a tad run down.
Pros:

The location was ideal, right in the city centre.

Cons:

The inner sliding window panels didn't work on one window, making it noisy during the early hours of the morning, as road sweepers, refuse collectors and delivery vans were doing their rounds.

Convenient central location
Pros:

Superb location for centre of Cardiff. Very helpful friendly reception staff. Nice towels and bed linen.

Cons:
