Lo único bueno : la ducha el agua salía bien y el baño era amplio. La ubicación es céntrica pero nuestra habitación daba al frente de la calle principal y desde las 6 am se escuchan alarmas de unos pilotes que suben y bajan . IMPOSIBLE DORMIR
Para empezar la cama es tan tan tan finito el colchón que tú espalda toca las maderas de la cama. JAMÁS dormí en una cama tan incómoda ni en hostels vi camas tan percudidas. Por otro lado estaban arreglando la fachada de afuera y teníamos a PERSONAS COLGADAS de nuestra ventana sin tener intimidad y no poder abrir las ventanas para que entre luz. Cabe destacar que no nos avisaron de esto.
La localisation est parfaite, la réceptionniste Anne-Marie était d’une gentillesse incroyable, la chambre était bien équipée (quoi qu’un peu encombrée), grande salle de bain et lit confortable.
Hôtel assez vieillissant donc il ne faut pas s’attendre à quelque chose de moderne. Il semble quand même bien entretenu, à part les moquettes qui devraient être remplacées

The location is excellent. It is right in the centre of Cardiff, very convenient for shopping and entertainment attractions
The hotel is very up front about the fact that there are no lifts in the property. This can be a real challenge for anyone who is older, ill or unfit.
Struttura in pieno centro a Cardiff. Vicinissima all’Ultilita Arena. Vicino c’è un McDonald e un supermarket aperto 24 su 24. Personale molto cordiale e gentile.

Fantastic location a short walk from the bus and train stations and Cardiff Castle.
Wasn’t anything I didn’t like but as there is no lift you have to get used to climbing the stairs…
The location was great. Fortunately they gave us a quiet room as the town was bouncing on the weekend. The receptionist was fantastic and very helpful.
The stairs were very steep. The plumbing was intermittent. It would have been nice to have a shelf in the bathroom. We were grateful,for the security bars in the shower as it was a steep climb. We had difficulty getting hot water so far up on the fourth floor sometimes.

Par exemple, juste bien laver l'escalier que tout le monde emprunte plusieurs fois par jour ne serait pas un luxe.
Également, le tapis de l'escalier devrait être changé.
Il est extrêmement sale.
The lady on reception was wonderful. The property is in a prime location. Although only a 2 star hotel, there was tea and coffee making facilities etc. The communication from the hotel prior to staying, was excellent.
The rooms just need a little modernising/ TLC. There is no car park but that is to be expected due to the great location and access to a local car park is limited when an event is on at the stadium due to road closures.
The bedding and towels were spotless
The stairs. I was a little nervous as I have a bad knee but they were ok.
