Necesita una reforma urgente
Pros:

El desayuno, que cambiaban las toallas cada día y reponían el jabón y el champú y recepción 24h abierto de verdad. El balcón con sillas muy bien.

Cons:

Los colchones eran terribles, se clavaban los muelles. Las cortinas no tapaban el exceso de luz desde las cuatro de la mañana. La ducha muy pequeña. No hay jarra de agua caliente en la habitación.

Nos dieron la habitación del sótano, las escaleras reducidas para bajar el equipaje, y las camas super incómodas. Colchones en mal estado. Durante mi estancia no pude descansar.

Близко к метро, к станции Виктория. Отель находится в шаговой доступности от must have достопримечательностей. Нам задержали самолет и мы приехали в отель к 12 ночи - нас ждали и заселили. Нам разрешили оставить вещи на следущий день в подсобке, но никто не нес за них ответственность. Для нас это не было проблемой, поскольку мы прилетали с ручной кладью на 1 день и у нас не было ничего ценного - но для других постояльцев, думаю, это некомфортно.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький, в подвальном помещении. На стенах плесень, краска отваливается, в ванной плесень и грязь. Весь отель очень и очень мрачный, старый, грязный. Везде какие-то коробки, посторонние предметы, старые ободранные плакаты. Дверь в номер закрывалась так, что через щель можно было просунуть руку. Кондиционеров нет, так что нам пришлось открыть окно в подвальном помещении и мы не спали всю ночь, поскольку в нескольких метрах от нас ходили люди, ездили машины - было некомфортно и страшно. Завтрак ужасный - яичница плавала в масле.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut!

Cons:

Bettwanzen! Leider wurden wir von Bettwanzen zerbissen. Des Weiteren war unser Zimmer (Nr. 18) in einem sehr abgewohnten Zustand. Wasserflecken waren an der Decke, Tapeten kamen von den Wänden und das Mobiliar hat leider auch schon sein Lebensalter mehr als erreicht.

Location was good

Cons:

No air con, fan didn’t work , only boiled or fried egg and watery beens for breakfast, vending machine empty, no tea or coffee facilities in room , big language barrier at breakfast.

Quarto sujo a chegada. Chão com pregos levantados . Não tinha tomadas de luz suficientes. Pequeno almoço fraco . Instalações velhas e sujas .Sem elevador.

El hotel está muy deteriorado por dentro. Las habitaciones son muy antiguas y están muy deterioradas. Mal cuidado en general. Sólo hay un enchufe en toda la habitación. El desayuno es muy escaso y poco variado. No repetiría. Muy caro para la pésima calidad
