Cons:

El hotel está muy deteriorado por dentro. Las habitaciones son muy antiguas y están muy deterioradas. Mal cuidado en general. Sólo hay un enchufe en toda la habitación. El desayuno es muy escaso y poco variado. No repetiría. Muy caro para la pésima calidad

Das Frühstück. Es sah so schlecht aus das wir uns umdrehten und auswärts aßen. Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber und das bischen Wasser was aus der Dusche kam war erst nach langem Laufen lauwarm

Pros:

Blizina svih sadržaja, hotel je smješten na izvrsnoj lokaciji, svega nekoliko minuta pješke od stanice Victoria. Osoblje je bilo u redu.

Cons:

Urednost i čistoća hotela mogla je biti puno bolja, doručak je bio osnovni, grah, jaja i hrenovke, koji su iz mikrovalne. Doručak su spasile marmelade i maslac te tost kruh i kava, voda i sok. Soba i kreveti su bili OK, ali kupaonica je mogla biti puno urednija.

Pros:

La posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, a pochi minuti da Victoria Station. Hyde Park a meno di mezz'ora a piedi, Buckingham palace, Big Bang, British Museum a meno di mezz'ora. Di sera la zona è tranquilla ma con diversi pub e locali.

Cons:

Purtroppo la nostra stanza era al terzo piano senza ascensore e con le solite scale strette inglesi: piuttosto impegnativo con una valigia grande. La stanza era pulita, ma il bagno veramente minuscolo.

Excellent accommodation, best place to stay as it is near the tourist spots, very secured and staffs are nice.

The lady at reception was friendly

Cons:

The hotel is in a very bad area. Inside the hotel does not seem clean and there was an odd smell. There was also dangerous looking people outside and inside the hotel. We left and did not spend the night there as we felt very unsafe. I have requested a refund through Booking.com but Stanley House is not responding.
