Location was good - hotel was awful - very disappointed
Pros:

Location to Victoria

Cons:

Dirty, dated, disgusting. Duct tape around toilet pipe, stains on walls - didn’t want to imagine what they were. Paint all over mirror, shower was filthy , all very very dated

Brief and rather awkward in the room
Pros:

The bed was comfortable
The staff were pleasant
The bathroom was clean

Cons:

Narrow steep steps up. Bed hardly fit into the room and it was impossible to move around
Hot water to extremely long to reach shower

Pros:

Location was pretty close to Victoria Station which is handy for Londontravellers.
Modernise all of the interior and it will be a very nice bed and breakfast hotel.

Cons:

Very outdated. Rooms and bathroom very compacted. Decor desperately needs modernising. The 'boss' of the breakfast room in the cellar was very rude. Breakfast very basic.

Hotel perfecto para escapada en Londres
Pros:

Super bien ubicado y zona tranquila. Las camas muy cómodas y habitaciones y baño limpios. El personal es malísimo.

Pros:

Nada, habitación en mal estado, sucia, con humedades,techos con grietas, paredes de papel despegado, colchones con chinches, desayuno en zona sótano junto con basura, sin hacer la habitación en 2 de los 4 días, cristal de ventana roto.Lo peor que se pueda encontrar uno sin dudarlo ya que una inspección de sanidad no pasaría.

Pros:

Great location.
Staff were very kind.
Affordable for this central location.
Safe location with added security measures.
Microwave incase you need.
24 hour service.

Cons:

Bed was slightly unfortable.
Shower curtain was full of hair dye, we mistakend it for mold.
The lock broke on the first day.
No AC, fan did the job but we were in the middle of a heat wave.
Okay renovations but high humidity from the shower and lack of good ventilation causes the wall paint to flake off easily in large amounts.
They entered our room multiple times as we were sleeping, recommend signs for "do not disturb".
Some of the towels smelt bad.
The shower head holder was off and the whole shower extension kept falling.

Posizione, distributore automatico acqua e bevande calde o fredde nel bicchiere, staff gentile abbiamo chiesto un lenzuolo e di verificare dei rumori sopra di noi hanno subito fatto. Cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni
