The location and views . Beds were clean and comfortable. Good hot shower.
Very dated water marks on most ceilings. Main staircase needs good clean. Breakfast lukewarm.
Great location
Breakfast was poor the buffet wasn’t replenished
Good location and nice staff
Rooms a bit tired
Breakfast bacon overcooked
Limited choice at breakfast
No food available at dinner during my visit.
The hotel is very convenient to access the Golf Course and Town.
The rooms need updating, and the restaurant was closed for two nights, however I can't fault the bed which was extremely comfy.
Location and good breakfast
Could hear snoring next room
The staff on reception were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful
The restaurant was closed during my stay
Location, sea view, breakfast, clean
There was no hot water, only lukewarm. Front desk staff were aware and said they had refunded other guests but did not offer us even a discount 😕
Other hotel guests were not respectful of keeping quiet, especially in the early morning
Staff in hotel kind helpful and very sociable good sized room that was value for money - food good and reasonably priced would go back
Older hotel could do with a little upgrading in some areas
Great
Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice.
The bedroom was very dated which was ok. The window in the bedroom was covered in bird faeces. The curtain hardly coveted the window. You couldn't see the colour of the lampshade for all the dust. The skirting boards in the bedroom mustn't have been dusted for over a year. The toilet seat was broken and got rusty fixtures. The colour didn't match the suite. The hotel desperately needs some TLC.
I always stay here in Lossiemouth as rooms are comfy, staff are very friendly and breakfast is good. Plus it’s very good value.
Some rooms are a bit dated.
The staff were lovely and the location was great.
The bed was not comfy. Our room was very dated and the bathroom door kept sticking in the slider and the carpet which was ripped so we couldn’t close the door to the bathroom. The bathroom taps I struggled to shut off if it wasn’t for husband they would have ran all night. The hotel could do with some TLC.
