Terrible, Dangerous.
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

No staff, no elevators, no hand rail where my sister fractured her ankle in 2 places, on our first day in London, forcing us to end our holiday.
Even our room had 2 steps in it, one was so obscure, as the whole room has grey carpet. I placed my white backpack in front of it to remember to step up and down, as I nearly tripped too.

Pros:

The location is great. The AC in the room is great. The room was clean.

Cons:

One day we had no water and when we contacted the owner the answer was "there must be a problem in the area". Few hours later we checked the governmental website and there was no any works in the area. After we sent that info to the owner only then he said "maybe the cleaners switched it off" and asked us to go to the basement and to open the valve for the building. For the price I pay didn't expect going to basements to open valves.
Also the iron was missing, the board was there but the iron was missing.
In the shower there were two bottles marked "shampoo" leaving unclear if the bottle is wrongly marked or the substance inside.

Dreadful and left immediately
Pros:

Nothing - terrible and did not stay. Left within 5 minutes and no refund offered.

Cons:

dirty, broken furniture, felt extrenmely unsafe for a solo traveller,. No toilet roll and dirty towel in the shower and no staff to help resolve. door didnt close and key key pad on the outside which felt unsafe. Left immediately and requested refund and was told as ihad checked in and the door showed as closed on there system then no refund. Do not stay. We stay in london regularly as our head office is there [victoria] and this is by far the worst hotel and we have recorded it as a DO NOT BOOK for all staff.

Pros:

It’s a 10 minute walk from Victoria

Cons:

It’s not a hotel, it’s a hostel. They don’t clean your rooms unless you pay them £60 each time. Rooms are tiny, shutters didn’t close in the bathroom, the TV didn’t work, the AC didn’t work.

Good Location, damp lower level room
Pros:

The Location was well connected, staff were quick to reply to messages.

Cons:

We stayed in a lower ground room which was damp and had mold in the bathroom.
The staff were quick to reply to messages and had some of the mold cleaned.
They explained lower level rooms are known to be damp and had sealed the bathroom to reduce mold growth.

I recommend!
Pros:

Very good, even ideal location. Close to Victoria Station and various eateries, yet quiet area. We had two rooms, both normal size. In one, you needed special skills to use the toilet - due to the narrowness. But that was the only drawback. Beds, linen, shower and heating - very good. I would especially like to note the excellent communication of the hotel staff with us. Interesting, because we did not meet any of them, but we felt that we were welcome and taken care of. Thank you!

Cons:

Problem with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Have to use a third party service for a separate fee.

Pros:

La struttura era in una posizione perfetta, anche se la stazione victoria non é proprio sicurissima (10 minuti a piedi). Comunque si arrivava ovunque molto facilmente, la camera era pulita e in ordine e nonostante gli host non siano là fisicamente rispondono subito ad ogni necessità.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Zimmer könnten jedoch schöner bzw. größer sein bei dem Preis.

Die Lage war super. Der Check In hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad waren seehr klein! Zwischen Bad und Bett war nur ein Vorhang und keine richtige Tür. Im Schlafbereich gab es kein Fenster (zum Lüften etc.) und die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig.
