Location was perfect as we were attending a wedding. Staff excellent,super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent
The location was absolutely fantastic.
The room was tiny and very dated, it was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in- and that’s not from external sounds but it was like being in someone’s house, I could hear very loudly footsteps above me every time someone walked across their floor. I could hear so clearly into the room next door.
a "hidden gem" type of place in a nice neighbourhood. Room size was ok for London standards, but it's also clear that the management and team are trying hard to stand out from the crowd. Outstanding breakfast for a start, and overall a very welcoming place and atmosphere.
Great location 5 minute walk to Kensington tube. Small room but comfortable bed nice bathroom with tub. Short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Great staff super friendly and attentive.
The noise from the room above was very intrusive. At 11pm the occupants seemed to be moving furniture and then they carried on making noise until past 2am which made for a disturbed sleep.

Il rapporto prezzo qualità non era corretto in considerazione della piccola dimensione della stanza e bagno. Non si può semplicemente pagare in base al location che pure era molto buono.
Sarebbe stato utile avere a disposizione informazioni riguardante cose da visitare nelle vicinanze. Per esempio Victoria & Albert Museum.
Area and staff.Air con wasn’t working however we were given a fan and moved to the top room with a roof terrace that was much cooler.

The location is fabulous and the staff really lovely.
I have stayed on a few occasions and the rooms are now looking quite tired and in need of some tlc.

Very good location for great coffee shops and the Royal Brompton Hospital.

Good location
The ceiling leaked badly all night and I had to put towels down as it was that bad. There was already a water mark on the ceiling from a previous leak. Member of staff told me she would report to her manager, who wasn’t there at the time and also said “I was lucky it hadn’t soaked the bed”! There was no offer of refund or compensation.
