Pros:

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The room was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable.

Very good location for great coffee shops and the Royal Brompton Hospital.

Cons:

The ceiling leaked badly all night and I had to put towels down as it was that bad. There was already a water mark on the ceiling from a previous leak. Member of staff told me she would report to her manager, who wasn’t there at the time and also said “I was lucky it hadn’t soaked the bed”! There was no offer of refund or compensation.

I was visiting the nearby hospital for a consultation, lovely hotel and only a 2 min walk to RBH.
Pros:

Very comfortable, (mattress extra comfortable) perfectly located for my visit and excellent for a solo traveller as I was welcomed and felt safe. Very good breakfast. Very good in-room coffee maker with quality coffee available. All in all, I would book again.

Cons:

Nothing really, except the phone didn't work when I wanted to order fresh milk. But management realised a problem and immediately came to my room to look at the phone. Milk arrived soon after that!

Pros:

Lage top; Frühstück super. Tolle Auswahl aus der Karte und ein netter Service im gemütlichen Frühstücksraum.
Gepflegte Getränke an der Bar.
Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Very kind and Hhelpful staff in an elegant area
Pros:

It was in a really pretty area and the staff were so very friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable and, although it was on the street side, was quiet at night. Lots of cafés and restaurants all around.

I liked everything very much.
