Great spot not too far from underground. Super good restaurant in basement.
Pros:

Nice Location a fair stretch of the legs from Kensington Station. Restaurant in basement is terrific. Room plenty big enough with lots of light through big windows. Teeny elevator works great. Friendly staff.

Very quiet

Cons:

To get an English breakfast you have to pay for a continental one that you don’t want , then u pay for the English breakfast. When the breakfast came after 1 hour of waiting it was rock hard , not even the knife cut cut the bacon . Had to wake up the night shift by shaking him on the couch as by knocking there was no reaction . The rooms are really small and the shower is for tiny people . Absolutely not good for the price we paid .

Love the two person elevator. The staff was uniformly wonderful - including breakfast.

Cons:

Smallish rooms. Nothing to do about that. It's part of the quaintness of the place.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a really nice location. The single room is small, but that was expected. Especially for a hotel in London. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The shower drained slowly, but overall it was a nice bathroom.
