Tudor Court Hotel

I was in a single room on top floor which was accessed via 6 flights of stairs. That wasn't an issue for me but other guests may struggle.
I was aware that the single rooms are small, which they are, but for the price I paid I had no real complaints. Too small to undertake my daily yoga practice, though.
The service from the staff was great - especially Pooja. Mehdi was also good too. My bag was carried up to my room and I was offered for it be carried down too.
Both evenings there was no hot water for a shower before going out but as it is a heatwave that wasn't a deal breaker for me but may be during colder seasons.
Lots of restaurants and pubs in area.
Would use again but would probably pay extra for a larger room

We appreciated the proximity to the Paddington Station HEATHROW express train arrival. The reception desk employees were incredibly helpful and upon arrival, the petite young lady hauled our large bags up the stairs to our room! It is important to note that the building's historical status does not allow for an elevator. Our compact room was clean and comfortable but a person of size may have difficulty with the very small en suite bathroom. If the guest has difficulty with stairs, they should contact Tudor Court on the availability of the lower floor accommodations. We would be happy to return to this well-located hotel!

Nothing, I didn’t get to stay there, they had an issue and booked me in another hotel that was rated much less than their hotel

The location was fantastic. The staff were exceptional. Website should not advertise breakfast as included because none is available on site. However there are many restaurants available nearby. Also it should be made clear that air-conditioning is available but at an extra fee.

Great location and very clean. The room was small but had every thing I needed. Management was super nice and exceptionally helpful. Meh, Sandeep and Hakeem were so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. I will stay there again. Very reasonably priced too!

We stayed here for a concert, we were a family group, Mum and Daughters. Location was right next to Paddington station, Beds were comfortable, rooms have a lovely en-suite shower. Tea and coffee in room along with a fridge (very useful).

On arrival check in was easy and entertaining 😂. Staff were fantastic, they asked what we were doing, and explained how to get to the venue, best way to avoid crowds etc. brilliant service! Connan, Mehd, and Sandeep - thank you for making our stay comfortable and safe. Lots of top tips on staying safe, and travelling.

I would say that, In the hotel room you could hear the tube, but for me this was ‘white noise’. I was so tired that it didn’t affect me. Local restaurants are superb, we would all stay again for sure!

Merveilleux accueil de Medhi et Conan à la réception. La gentillesse du personnel est un vrai game changer. Ils nous ont vraiment aidé à tirer le meilleur de notre séjour. L’emplacement idéal, la chambre impeccable et la literie très confortable ont fait le reste. Excellent hôtel, je recommande chaudement ❤️

Amazing hotel, particularly if you're travelling from London Heathrow! Literally less than a 5 min walk from the Heathrow Express in Paddington Station, and I was able to check in with a small fee immediately. Was brilliant after 24hrs of flying.

London heat was no joke, so upgrading to aircon was so worth it, and the room was comfortable and not too loud. Being able to get around the city so conveniently due to the proximity of the train/tube station was a huge plus, as was leaving for my early flight without hauling luggage across the tube network.

Mehdi, Sundeep and Pooja were all lovely, greeted me with a smile every time I came in or out! I felt very safe as a solo female traveller in the area and hotel itself.

Beautiful location, clean and tidy rooms. Friendly attentive staff. Good value for money.

Shame that the shower was cold, only downside apart from that it was lovely.
