Size of the single room just ruined it for me
Pros:

Location is very good just 1 min walk from the Paddington station. Also the view to boulevard park few feet from hotel would have been nice, if you had it. The room was rather clean and staff were friendly. Kettle and fridge is nice to have.

Cons:

The smallest room I have ever seen was on the top floor about 70 steps. Stairs were ok, as this is very common in London. But everything in that room was a struggle. Luckily my time spend there was very limited. The room had a "window" but it was next to the wall. My first impression when stepped into nearly bed size room was that I walk away but the hotel was otherwise full and I only stayed couple nights. Check carefully what you are booking there.

Me trate de comunicar durante 3 semanas previas con el hotel y nunca me contestaron, les hable por mensaje de booking, mail, llamada, todo! Una verguenza

Convenient stay and helpful staff
Pros:

Location is perfect. Staff is wonderful. They had an AC in our room which was priceless as it was hot the day we visited.

Cons:

The bathroom is tiny (but not unusual for London). Some people may not like the rumbling noise as the underground trains pass below.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating. When I showed up with a huge bike box they found a space for me to assemble and store my bike.

Cons:

Found it hard to figure out the hot water for the shower.

Pros:

Удобный чистый номер. Тихо. Лифта нет, но очень приветливая администратор помогает поднять чемодан. Кондиционер платный -10 £. Завтрака в отеле нет, но вокруг множество кафе, т.ж есть информация о доставке в номер (не пользовалась)

I liked it. Great for a single night stay but room was so small I wouldn’t recommend it for longer.

La limpieza

Cons:

Que me cobraran 20 libras por entrar antes en la habitación, cuando ya estaba limpia y vacía. Que me cobraran 10 libras por día por el aire acondicionado cunado la habitación estaba en la 4 planta y era imposible dormir por la ola de calor y no se podía abrir la ventana por la suciedad exterior.

Great location, clean and friendly
Pros:

Location was great, really close to train station and places to eat. Nice little park area outside the front.

Cons:

Rooms are compact, air con available but not in use. It was quite hot in the room. Shower pressure was quite low.

Pros:

Die Lage super Nähe Bahnhof. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Die Matratze unbequem. Das Bad sehr klein. Unter dem Hotel fährt direkt die U-Bahn. Alle zwei bis drei Minuten vibriert das ganze Zimmer, ähnlich einem Erdbeben.
