Comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Staff great. Took my luggage to my room. Very close to Paddington Station so ideal for travel to Heathrow. Was able to store my luggage before check in. Felt safe.

Gute Unterkunft mit sehr kompakten Zimmern.
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist die Lage direkt an der Paddington Station sehr gut, um London zu erkunden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und bot keinen wirklichen Stauraum. Wir haben quasi aus dem Koffer gelebt (was auch ok war). Möchte man die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nutzen, kostet das 10 Pfund pro Tag zusätzlich.

I would not hesitate to totally recommend this fine establishment to any future traveler.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional at all times. They were so helpful, gregarious and overwhelmingly friendly and courteous. This included from the owner and all other staff members. Clearly, some of the best that I have ever experienced in my travels.
one had to return primarily because of all staff members.

Cons:

The stairs to the higher floors, as you have to experience everywhere in London.

Pros:

Le personnel à l accueil courtois et disponible pour nous informer sur la ville ( transport, attractions)
Emplacement près de la gare et métro avec restaurants variés.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant avec les passants qui sortent le soir à proximité.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem vergleichsweise ruhig.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels (ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Paddington) ist sehr zentral. Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt es in einer vergleichsweise ruhigen Seitenstraße. Da ich einen sehr frühen Flug hatte, hatte ich eine Buchung ohne Frühstück und kann dementsprechend zum Frühstück keine Angaben machen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war in Ordnung - es gab sogar Tee- und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten, die man in Londoner Hotels nicht immer findet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war selbst für ein Einzelzimmer extrem klein. Das Bad war von der Ausstattung her in Ordnung, aber so eng, dass man sich darin kaum rühren konnte.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location near Paddington Station. The inside decor as very nice. The staff was welcoming and suggested places to eat.

Cons:

No drinkable water in the room. Would’ve been nice to know when checking in and we could’ve been prepared. I was so thirsty during the night, I couldn’t sleep. The size of the room is laughable! It’s the smallest room/bathroom I’ve ever visited. There’s a park across the street with a homeless camp or something and people were yelling during the night. No food on the premises.

Excellent as always
Pros:

I always stay here. 2 mins walk from Paddington station. Staff are so always so friendly and helpful. Room is always spotless. No breakfast available, but that doesn't matter - lots nearby places to grab a bite.
