Small, noisy room (great location though) — not ideal for business travel.

Great location, with easy access to tubes and restaurants.

Cons:

The room felt smaller than the photos suggested. Because it was on the ground floor, you could hear guests coming and going, and things stayed noisy past midnight — not ideal for business travelers who need a quiet night's sleep.

Terrible room down a horrid flight of stairs.im disabled suffering with stairs .fell in the night was a step to the bathroom in the night.bruised my left arm.asked to be moved .but was nothing available.the stairs to the room were hurendous.the room was too hot no conditioning badly in need of a update.rotten carpets .paint work hasn't been touched in years .for a few extra pounds I could stayed ina modern up to date hotel location is brilliant just an utter shame it's tired for 2026 .
There are a lot nicer hotels to stay at in the area.wouldnt recommend it at all.

The room was small but it did have everything I needed. I chose the hotel for it's locality to St Pancras and I couldn't have asked for better

Pros:

Friendly staff, hot shower, comfy bed

Cons:

I was up on the 3rd floor and it was VERY hot. I had to have the window open, which resulted in being woken at 3am with a ‘disturbance’ outside (screaming, banging, police etc).

Space is impossible to navigate around especially with a large bag, we had to be creative with how we save space.
Window had no safety grille so that was concerning. We had a guy who followed us into the property almost until our room that looked like he wanted to hurt us. He was lingering around the outside vicinity and followed us inside

Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare Londra; l'hotel si trova vicino a tre stazioni ferroviarie e la zona è servita da diverse linee della metro - diversi quartieri sono comunque raggiungibili anche a piedi. La zona ci è sembrata sicura, anche di sera. La stanza è piccola, in linea con la tipologia di strutture presenti in zona, ma pulita, accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario. Lo staff è sempre presente e disponibile.

Die Lage ist top und das Personal recht freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bad war Mini und die Fugen total dreckig ... Sowohl im Bad als auch direkt über dem Bett war schwarzer Schimmel an den Wänden ... Das Bett war maximal 140cm breit wenn überhaupt ... Das Zimmer selbst war im Keller und über eine enge Treppe zu erreichen, Blick auf zwei abstellräume und bis 1 Uhr nachts strahlte ein blauer Strahler ins Zimmer ... Leider müssen wir ehrlich sagen war dies das schlechteste Hotel in dem wir jemals waren ... Obwohl es von außen einen sehr tollen Eindruck gemacht hatte.
