Pros:

Hotel/chambre propre, salle de bain et toilettes dans la chambre, ménage et changement des serviettes effectués tous les jours. Et surtout, l'hôtel est a 3 minutes de marche des gare St Pancras/King's Cross.

It's okay for one night, but I don't think it's suitable for a longer stay.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk agreed to change our basement room to a room upstairs (the basement room had a strange skylight in the ceiling and a window onto a manhole that couldn't be closed).

Cons:

There's very little space, and the property could use a complete renovation. We were a bit afraid of the area at night.

Die Lage ist super, ruhig, aber in ein paar Minuten ist man am Bahnhof bzw in der U-Bahn. Bad erwartungsgemäß sehr klein, aber sauber. Geputzt wurde sehr ordentlich. Zimmer für zwei Personen klein, aber im Verhältnis zum Preis passend. Man konnte gut lüften!

We had limited time in London. Property was right near train station which made everything easy.

Tiny room and no air conditioning. But it was just right for our short stay.
