Pros:

Location is fantastic for gigs at the o2 shepherds bush and getting to tube station.we stayed for 1 night Basic but clean & friendly. Would definitely stay again for gigs.

Ok for one night, perfect location but needs some work done
Pros:

Location was perfect for me as I was attending an event that evening in O2 Shepherds Bush empire and had good access to amenities, for example, I didn't know but in front of it there was Westfield which is the biggest shopping mall
of Europe. The staff was lovely and friendly.

Cons:

I got sent to a room that was not vacant at first and that made me feel a bit nervous about my safety, specially cause I was travelling alone. The bed and pillow was very uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well at all. Whoever was in the room next to me woke up before 6 to go somewhere and woke me up too, made a lot of noise also when came back. I usually take a hairdryer with me and end up not using cause there's usually one in the room, this time it didn't. There was a bedside table but no table lamp which makes difficult to turn the lights off without stumbling on anything to get back to the bed.

アクセスや周囲の環境良好、スタッフも対応良し
Pros:

駅から徒歩4分程度で、少し遠い方の駅も徒歩10分程度でアクセス良好です。Kings cross駅からも電車で20分程度です。周りには小さな食料品店や飲食店があり過ごしやすいです。少し遠い方の駅までの間にLidlや24時間営業のマクドナルドがあり便利でした。スタッフも朝8時から夜11時まで滞在しているので、荷物預かりなどとても助かりました。
シャワーは温度、湯量、排水は問題なかったです。
トリプルルームの部屋の広さは狭すぎではありませんでした。

Cons:

部屋に入った時に、中年男性臭がして臭かったです。
部屋の清掃が幅木やコンセントの上など細かいところが足りていないです。8番の部屋は真ん中のコンセントが使えません。
シャワー室の扉が閉まり切らないです。冷蔵庫があれば良かったです。

Nel complesso siamo stati bene, la camera anche sé piccola era accogliente ma la pulizia poteva essere un po’ più curata
