Situated a short walk from Shepards Bush Station, the hotel was easy to find and had a simple check-in process.
The room itself was small but functional. It had tea/coffee making facilities, TV, a comfortable double bed, and an ensuite shower/bathroom.
The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet so it kept sliding off. The TV was mounted too high so you couldn't really watch it.

Issues from the start. The showers in our room only had one temperature: Hot. I flagged this with staff who were not able to fix the issue so showering was a poor experience. This was during where London was around 29-30 degrees daily.
Rubbish had been left over from a previous stay.

Everything... it reminded me of the Middle Eastern hotels located in not very reputable places in town. Don't ask me how I know :) have seen in their movies

No es un hotel de 3 estrellas, las imagenes que publican no reflejan la realidad, hay fotos de desayuno pero no dan ese servicio. No hay aire acondicionado, habitaciones muy pequeñas.
central, 30 second to westfield shopping mall by walk, again walk distance to soho house and white city metro station.

Very close to where I was working. The location is directly opposite the Shepards bush entrance to Westfield park shopping centre.
