Really handy for the city centre
Lively friendly stafg

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Staff were all lovely. A 10 minute walk to the City centre but not a difficult one
The hotel is split into a few beautiful houses so feel more homely than a big hotel. The decor in the room was a lovely seaside theme. They are kept spotlessly clean and well stocked with tea/coffee. The breakfast was lovely. We had the opportunity to sit outside to eat in the gorgeous courtyard garden with pond and water feature which was so relaxing. The hotel is walking distance into the city centre or there is a bus stop right outside to get anywhere you need to easily. The staff were all absolutely fantastic and a huge credit to this business. They were all so friendly and helpful and couldn’t have been more welcoming. We will definitely be returning!
The location. The breakfast
The toilet in my room was inefficient. The rooms were not really set up for older persons with slight mobility issues.
Lovely area for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff.
Some stairs up to the bathroom. Having to pay to park car.
good location and cosy surroundings.
Arrived late, around midnight, and evening staff were helpful. However, when we came into the room and turned on the lights, 2-3 silverfish scuttled away. This was concerning, as they are known to get into luggage and spread to people's homes that way. Should have addressed this with staff, but it was too late on the day, and we since never got around to it. We have still not dared to take our suit cases into our house since arriving home. Room also smelt a bit damp.
Really pretty garden
Nothing it was good
Good breakfast. Quiet room overlooking rear. Requested Bible in room which was provided.
Nothing
What a gem this hotel is. From the attentive staff to the beautiful oasis garden at the back, it was a joy to be here.
Absolutely nothing, loves my stay!
Friendly, adaptable staff.
Breakfast was good. Location was ok.
Our room was small and had a low ceiling which was not spacious. It was quaint but a bit claustrophobic. I didn't like being charged for parking
An elegant hotel, just a short walk from city centre. Excellent customer service. Very nicely decorated. Clean.
All good
Clean and tidy, within walking distance of town
