Very confortable, clean, quiet, very friendly staff, good choice for breakfast with excellent table service.

De kamer was ruim en de bedden goed. Prima locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Goed ontbijt. Parkeren bij het hotel is ideaal. Het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel staat in een rustige wijk.
Douchen moest in het bad, door het douche gordijn lekkte water in de badkamer.

Everything i could gave wished for
Very comfortable twin-bedded room, beds also very comfortable; large easy to open sash windows invaluable in that end of May heatwave; excellent shower plus appreciated bath; very pleasing large garden with numerous tables and chairs - also invaluable in a heatwave; hotel well located in Norwich with easy short walk to centre of town - the Market, Lanes, Castle, Cinema City, Theatre Royal -on several useful bus routes; staff team welcoming, friendly, and always helpful - particularly appreciated late one evening when one of us needed first aid.
Bathroom mirror could welcome its own light; as Newcastle Road busy night and day traffic can be heard from a road facing room.
