The food was excellent, staff polite and helpful, and the room very comfortable
The bath could have been hotter.
Everything perfect.
The staff were mostly lovely. The room had some nice extras in it like body lotion and a variety of teas.
Breakfast was good and copious
The evening meal was uninspiring with obviously microwaved food and frozen vegetables
Comfortable room
Excellent breakfast
Short walk into town
Nowhere to put luggage in our room (no 32, which was a bit smaller than the neighbouring rooms)
I came back because I'd liked it last time I was here. Nice staff, comfy room.
The only thing I didn't like - and it wasn't a failing on your part - was that it sounded as though there was a very heavy-footed person in the room above! (Was there a room above, or was it in the corridor?!)
The Room and staff.
Arriving back at the hotel in the evening (10.15) looking forward to a nightcap and the finding the building in near total darkness and the bar closed. Just seemed like a B&B to us not a hotel. But the B&Bs we've stayed in rarely charged you £6 to park.
Lovely breakfast
I would have liked a larger menu for dinner but I didnt have it every day. Too much chili.
All of the above
Nothing
Location, House Room
Being charged £6 a day to park car outside 3 days @ £6 = £18.00
Never paid to park when staying at a hotel
Pleasant light room.
Na
The room was very comfortable with a lovely waterfall shower
The only small thing was the pillows, they were either too soft or too hard and not very comfortable
