Besides the comfortable bed , I thought the overall room and facilities need updating and checked
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and fulfilling. Liked the time slot allocation so not very busy and waiters available
Bed very comfortable and a good size
Room was a good size too
EV chargers 3 spaces

Cons:

The creaky cranky staircase and the steepness of staircase with a big suitcase was very difficult to manage since no lift
Needs a bit modernisation.
Bathroom very outdated and the steps down into bathroom and uneven floor was very undesirable

EV charger got stuck in their plug and apparently it happens often so it was a bit stressful since it after midnight struggling to dismantle my plug from their socket which they couldn’t release .

It was fine as a bed and breakfast establishment.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff member serving us went out of her way.

Cons:

The evening meal was at the other end of the scale. Absolutely no atmosphere. Menu was uninspiring, and relatively expensive for what was on offer. The cook managed to burn badly the bottom of a Pizza my wife ordered, rendering it mostly inedible. The underside was black. They were good enough to take 50% off the price of the Pizza when this was pointed out. Explanation was that the stone was too hot, and nobody’s fault. Don’t eat here in the evening.

An excellent place to stay when visiting Norwich
Pros:

The breakfast was good and helped again by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The staff throughout were kind welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms were very comfortable with responsive heating and windows that opened. The pizza,we had for supper was delicious.

Cons:

The hot water was slow to reach the bedrooms.

Very good if the above issues are rectified.
Pros:

Room and breakfast was great. Staff were also lovely except for receptionist on duty when we arrived.

Cons:

On arrival receptionist wasn't very helpful and as my husband is disabled and our room was upstairs, didn't offer to help with our bags. Evening meal was not that good either.

Average hotel £140 + a parking fee !
Pros:

The pre paid breakfast was ok considering it was £14 each you would expect it to be aok

Cons:

Room was at front of hotel adjacent to a busy road
Traffic noise all night no insulation from wooden sash windows, decorative condition of room quite worn out, bath panel broken
