Good location, clean room
Pros:

10 mins to walk to Victoria station (which is pretty convenient). The room was small but that is normal in London (I guess). The beds, bathroom, hotel lobby and everything else were super clean. You can even get a nice hot chocolate at hotel reception.

Great location!
Pros:

The location was terrific. We had 3 different tours meeting at Victoria Coach Station and this was so close and easily walkable. Location, location, location!

Great for solo travelers, close to all the stations.
Pros:

I love that this location is right next to all the Victoria stations: underground, coach, railway. I’m a solo traveler so my room was perfect. Twin bed with private bathroom.

I took the National Express to Heathrow when I left. It was a 2min walk to the station.

Cons:

I’m low maintenance and a deep sleeper, but for those who aren’t, you do hear the trains nearby. This can be bothersome hit people, but I was fine with it.

Bellissimo tutto
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto a partire dalla posizione che anche trovandosi nel centro è stata molto silenziosa. Per poi non parlare del personale che al check out ci hanno fatto lasciare tutto il giorno le valigie lì per farci sfruttare tutto il giorno e dopo ci hanno anche fatto accomodare nella sala per caricare i telefoni .

Eine sehr enttäuschende Hotelerfahrung. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen.
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und recht sauber.

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Best Western Buckingham Palace Road eine ausgesprochen enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Obwohl wir im Vorfeld eine andere Zimmerunterbringung abgesprochen hatten, stand bei unserer Ankunft letztlich nur ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss zur Verfügung. Besonders ärgerlich, da wir dies bewusst vorher geklärt hatten.

Bereits beim Check-in entstand kein besonders einladender Eindruck. Obwohl vier Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption anwesend waren, wirkten diese ausgesprochen demotiviert und wenig engagiert. Von herzlicher Gastfreundschaft oder dem Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, war leider nichts zu spüren.

Das Zimmer im Untergeschoss war zudem äußerst ungünstig gelegen. Die vorbeifahrende U-Bahn war deutlich zu hören. Am Morgen kam hinzu, dass sich das Housekeeping offenbar in diesem Bereich traf und organisierte, was zusätzliche Unruhe und Lärm verursachte. An erholsamen Schlaf war unter diesen Umständen kaum zu denken.

Insgesamt fehlt diesem Hotel jegliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Weder die Unterbringung noch der Service konnten überzeugen. Glücklicherweise waren wir nur für eine Nacht dort – eine zweite Nacht hätte ich definitiv nicht bleiben wollen.

Disappointing lack of amenities and no bottled water. Bad value for money.
Pros:

The place calls itself a Best Western but doesn't look like any Best Western I have ever seen. Usually they have nice lobbies, restaurant, bar and other amenities. This place has none of that. It's converted housing units. Additionally, they don't have bottle water in the rooms and instead make you pay for it. This is a basic for almost any hotel I have been in. All this would have been fine except they charge 250 GBP a night!
