Il personale è molto gentile, posizione eccellente perché vicino a metro e bus. La colazione molto buona e abbondante. Hotel molto pulito con ricambio giornaliero di asciugamani. Ritornerò certamente in questa struttura.
La ubicación, en una zona tranquila de Londres, pero bien conectada con el centro y con una zona de restaurantes y supermercados cerca.
El desayuno es mejorable. Le falta variedad y algún producto inglés, por ejemplo scones.
It’s quiet location though within a short taxi or tube ride from London sightseeing spots.
Even though when given our room it was in the basement it was massive

Lovely staff, close to north edge of Hyde Park. Easy walk to Queensway -cafes restaurants chemists, local food marts.
Big bed (king sized), air con, openable windows (1 of two anway).
Quiet, pretty streets.

Cramped washroom/toilet, Breakfast a bit pricey for what it was. Bed a bit too soft for us.
Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel ist über die Metro gut erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt in Paddington und ist gut durch Gastronomie erschlossen. Der Hyde-Park liegt 2 Minuten entfernt. Besonders empfehlenswert ist ein Spaziergang durch den Hyde Park zum Buckingham Palast.
Die Dame, die uns beim Auschecken am 3.8. um 11.00 Uhr bedient hat, hätte freundlicher sein können.
