breakfast was pretty bad. the eggs seemed to have been from freeze dried mix. awful.

A/c for first room was not working and wanted us to stay with windows open. Later on agreed to transfer us to bigger but was an accessible room. The bed and pillow was horrible.

Not enough place for 3 people and suitcases in a junior suite, no ventilation in the bathroom, the mini fridge wasn't able to cool half liter of water in 3 days,

1) staff were very unfriendly / rude and short - one felt one was inconveniencing them when one asked for something- inhospitable need to learn some customer service skills
2) it was never communicated that our room would be in the basement with no window
3) the tripple junior room should have had three beds as advertised - instead it was one double and a sofa bed
3) the breakfast was actually TERRIBLE- very poor quality and very little choice
4) the rooms were not cleaned properly - dirty crockery / left over q-tip under a carpet - bed not properly made - things left j der the ned from previous guests - empty water bottle and a child toy
5) and there was no need to change towels everyday as we left them hanging up - no environmental considerations

Room size and design

Walls have poor insulation, so can hear movement in adjacent rooms. Other resident using bathroom.

Our room was at the end of the corridor on the 5th floor and it was very very quiet so we both slept great

I booked two rooms and was initially assigned one on the first floor and the other on the fourth floor. I asked if they could be moved closer together, and the receptionist told me that the next day, when I leave for the day, I should pack my belongings and let the reception know and they would move me to a different room.

At around 11:00 a.m. the following morning, while I was in my room changing with the Do Not Disturb light on, someone started opening my door without knocking or calling. I had to physically push the door closed. After I got dressed, I opened the door and a man introduced himself as the manager. He said he was trying to move me to another room. When I asked why he had entered without knocking or contacting me, especially with the Do Not Disturb light clearly on, his response was that he was the manager and could do so.

I found this response completely unacceptable. Entering or attempting to enter a guest's room without knocking or obtaining permission is a serious violation of privacy, and the attitude displayed made the situation even more concerning. This behavior should be addressed seriously.

The room I was moved to also had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, likely due to the plumbing. At that point, I was so frustrated with my experience that I didn't even bother reporting it.

On top of that, this was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. On my second morning, I had to complain because the housekeeping staff began cleaning around 7:00 a.m. The constant door slamming throughout the hotel was incredibly disruptive, and every morning between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. there were deliveries that created so much noise from moving boxes that it regularly woke me up.

Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to others.
