Would stay here again for its amazing location and people
Pros:

Excellent and courteous staff. Christian and his team made sure we were well settled.

Cons:

Breakfast is not great at all. Same menu everyday. I understand thats true of all hotels, but surely they can offer flexibility for one item to be prepared. As example pancake or omlette.

Very nice hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable with every facility we could have wished for. Staff were helpful.
The hotel is located very close to Kensington Gardens so we could walk to Kensington Palace and the Royal Albert Hall etc. It's a short walk to 2 underground stations. Walking felt very safe.

Cons:

We couldn't open the bedroom windows. It would have been nice to breathe fresh air.

В целом у нас остались самые приятные впечатления. Мы с уверенностью рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ищет комфортное проживание в прекрасном районе Лондона.

Cons:

Расположение отеля просто отличное — рядом находятся Кенсингтонские сады и станция метро Lancaster Gate, поэтому до большинства достопримечательностей очень удобно добираться. Совсем недалеко расположен магазин Marks & Spencer, а также множество магазинов, кафе, ресторанов и традиционных английских пабов.

Good for 2 nights wouldn’t stay any longer

Bathroom had damaged tiles which moved when you walked on them which was dangerous. When we reported to desk we were told they already knew about them but still let the room be used.
