Rooms a little small for price paid
the apartment is very nice. it's very comfortable in all rounds with 2 toilets & 2 bathrooms.

La struttura è in posizione comoda per visitare la città, vicina alla fermata del tram per l’aeroporto ed il centro si raggiunge con una passeggiata di un quarto d’ora. Le camere sono molto pulite e il personale è gentile. Buona la colazione.
La struttura è in un palazzo antico quindi priva di ascensori.
In bagno avrei preferito la doccia con il tubo flessibile, invece è fissa.
Per i nostri standard inoltre è molto cara, ma questo vale per tutte le strutture ad Edimburgo

The room was simple, neat, and tidy. It smelled clean without any detectable scent. It had been modernized with easily available plugs. Great shower. The bed was quite comfortable. The pillows were decent. (I'm fussy.) The room was extremely quiet. My room was at the front of the building facing the street, but I heard zero noise. It was the 9th and last hotel room I'd been in during two weeks, and it was a good ending. I did not have breakfast there, so I can't comment on the food.

Location superb. Short walk to Waverley station, Princes St and the Royal mile but also plenty of bars and restaurants within the vicinity. Staff very helpful and polite. Offered to store our luggage on arrival and departure. Helped us too with local transport queries. Room was a really good size, seemed newly renovated, bathroom spotlessly clean. Welcome addition was a fan as we were there during hot weather. Plus, even though on lower ground floor/basement, we still had a large window in our room. Would definitely stay again.
Not really a dislike, but worth noting, given lower ground floor room without a lift, might have been one, but we didn't see it nor directed to it. Not an issue for us but could be an issue for persons with mobility issues.
There was no air conditioning in the room. The fan was not adequate for the hot day

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum und ist ideal für ein paar wenige Tage
Bei längerem Aufenthalt würde ich größere Zimmer bevorzugen
Soba je bila tiha i prostrana, krevet udoban, a jastuk ne prevelik. Lokacija je dobra, relativno blizu centra, tramvaj i autobusi blizu.
Doručak je ispod svih standarda, žao mi što sam ga platio unaprijed. Prozor u sobi se nije mogao otvoriti više od 10ak centimetara tako da je nedostajalo zraka u sobi.

The room was quiet with plenty of space and ability to sit & read or work at a desk. The location is excellent with nearby shops & cafes and easy walking distance to Waverley Station & North Bridge.
I can't fault our first 3 nights beyond needing to ask for tea bags & milk which weren't replenished. But we had to book an extra night and weren't able to extend the booking for the same room. The additional night was in a smaller room which would have been very cramped for more than a 1 night stay - you need to be thin & agile to get to the far side of the bed,
Very friendly staff, very clean with great restaurants and bus to the airport
