Really enjoyed my stay here
Pros:

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and good location. Room was upgraded on arrival which was even better.

Cons:

Thought there was a gym on site when I booked but that is over the road in the centre. Could have been a mistake on my part though.

It's a shame the attention to detail in the spa does not make its' way into the hotel.

Terrible, uncomfortable mattress. Room door rattled and all conversations outside the door could be heard.

A lovely comfortable stay with a tasty breakfast.
Pros:

A beautiful building in a very central location. We had a room with a jacuzzi bath which was fabulous. The furnishings are very tasteful and the food is very good.

Lovely hotel and staff, needs a few little tweaks
Pros:

Location was great! Staff were lovely. They upgraded my room to an executive suite which was great after a long day travelling

Cons:

The bathroom was a little dirty and bath needed a rinse prior to using, and the shower leaked. Breakfast service was a little slow

Staff super friendly and helpful .really nice atmosphere throughout the hotel .bed super comfy had a very good sleep .spa was 10 out of 10 one of the best I've been to
