KingswayPark Hotel at Park Avenue

No lift, I was on the 4th floor under the roof in 38C. No AC.

The only thing I could find fault with was the lady serving breakfast. She was unpleasant, brusque, and unhelpful. I felt like an intruder rather than a guest.

El baño era mínimo,no se correspondía con las fotos, muchas escaleras y mucho calor en la habitación, no cambiaron las toallas, ni reposición el gel.
Desayuno muy limitado.

Das Wifi funktioniert sehr schlecht.

Das Hotel ist alt, die Zimmer sehr klein, was allerdings kein Problem darstellt finde ich, aber die Duschen und das Bad im Allgemeinen waren nicht sehr sauber und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut. Aber die Lage macht das wieder weg.

No problems at all.

We booked with a child an infant and where out on 3rd floor with no lift. This made it very difficult for my mum on her day alone with the kids. Also never found a quiet time at breakfast so ventured else where for food

Our room was a very small basement room. It was extremely damp and outdated. Both the room and the bathroom looked as though they hadn't been renovated for decades.
There were ants everywhere. They were crawling across the old carpet, on the table, and even inside our shoes. We reported this to reception on our arriving, but we were simply told they would vacuum the room, asked not to keep any food inside. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem, as the ants continued to appear everywhere.
The bathroom was in a very poor condition, with a very old shower, worn tiles, and poor ventilation. As someone who suffers from allergies, the dampness made my symptoms much worse. The carpet was so old and unhygienic that I didn't even feel comfortable taking my shoes off.
Breakfast was another very disappointing experience. An elderly lady working there made us feel extremely uncomfortable. On one morning, she loudly told us in front of the other guests that we hadn't finished our breakfast the previous day. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Someone forgot the toaster, she took it and walked around the breakfast room asking who forgot to take that toast.
My daughter became so intimidated that she was afraid to ask for breakfast the next morning because she worried she would be told off again.
My husband asked if he could have a coffee from the coffee machine instead of the coffee in the jar. She said coffee machine doesn't work for a while. He refused to have coffee from the jar, he simply doesn't like that type of coffee, she loudly announced in front of everyone that "out of thousands of guests, you're the only one who doesn't like jar coffee." It was humiliating and made us feel very unwelcome.
By the end of our stay, all we wanted was to leave the hotel as quickly as possible. We have never experienced such uncomfortable accommodation or such an unpleasant atmosphere from staff.

The heat in the room. The shower only being hot. And check out was not easy no one was there.

Nel 2026 ancora senza aria condizionaya presente un ventilatore ma in camera non si poteva stare abbiamo lasciato la finestra aperta anche la notte ma abbiamo dormito un paio d ore dal cadlo,camera troppo piccola senza neanche una sedia,bagno no comment,colazione scarsa e pochi tavolini per il numero di persone piu di una mattina abbiamo dovuto aspeetare in piedi il nostro turno

Unterbringung im Nachbarhotel und dann noch im Keller neben der Küche.

I liked it overall.
