Im Zimmer funktionierte die Dusche mit der Tempersturregelung sehr schlecht, ebenfalls die Toikettenspülung.
Sehr warm im zimmer. Keine Klimaanlage

The building is old I understand but the noises of pumps and ventilation system or something keeps you up at night

Sehr kleine Dusch/ Toilettenzelle; kleiner zum Tel überfüllter Frühstücksraum. Fernseher funktionierte nicht und konnte vom Personal auch nicht eingestellt werden.

Basement level was unexpectedly noisy and otherwise unremarkable. The showers are tiny and hard to use. The extra beds were too short. The WiFi was connecting but internet was extremely slow, most of the time downright inaccessible. Breakfast okay-ish, with the serving lady in bad mood disliking her job; took my following breakfast in one of the restaurants nearby, was definitely better.

Breakfast was a bit of a lottery, overcrowded Breakfast room for the amount of guests, only part of the breakfast that was hot was the eggs because they were cooked to order then rest even the beans were cold having been pre cooked. First morning at breakfast a family of 7 decided they needed 3 tables set for 4 people each, another couple thought it was fine to allow 2 young children to run backwards and forwards between tables constantly getting part glasses of juice and overfull cups of tea and coffee.
Second morning had to wait ages for tables to be cleared, and found tea urn was empty and when it was finally filled struggled to get enough milk from the milk container because it was below the level of the tap, and again only hot part of breakfast was the eggs still hard yolks.
Last morning decided to just have toast which was hot because you toasted it yourself 🤣
Other guests seemed to be unable to grasp the concept of doors with spring closures and just let them slam late at night and early in the morning with no regard for other guests.
Multiple families also didn't bother controlling their children, allowing them to run around the public areas shouting and jumping in hallways and on the stairs.
We probably wouldn't stay again unless desperate.

Quasi tutto. Innanzitutto ci è stata assegnata una camera al quarto piano senza ascensore. Una volta arrivati, abbiamo notato subito l'assenza di aria condizionata: in condizioni normali non sarebbe stato un grosso problema, ma trattandosi di una mansarda con un solo piccolo lucernario verso l'esterno, il caldo era davvero difficile da sopportare.

Nella stanza era presente un ventilatore, che però abbiamo preferito non utilizzare a causa dello spesso strato di polvere accumulato sopra (come si può vedere dalle foto).

La parte peggiore, però, è stata il bagno, che ricordava più quello di un mezzo pubblico che quello di una struttura ricettiva. Il problema non era soltanto estetico: l'acqua usciva a intermittenza, probabilmente a causa di un malfunzionamento della pompa. Scorreva per un paio di secondi per poi interrompersi altrettanto a lungo, rendendo l'utilizzo del lavabo e della doccia particolarmente scomodo.

Per concludere, avevamo prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato semplicemente due letti singoli accostati. Inoltre, le fotografie pubblicate sul sito non corrispondono minimamente alla camera che ci è stata effettivamente assegnata.

Sadly the toilet flush didn't work properly but the staff made sure to fix it whenever it stopped working again.

Les salles de bain sont trop petites , pour les personnes forte assez compliqué et l’eau s‘évacuait mal , on et arrivé avec de grosse chaleur du coup on avait juste un ventilateur

Everything was as expected for the price. Be aware that this is NOT a luxury hotel. Be prepared for a climb up to your room - not fun with a heavy suitcase, and the upper rooms were VERY hot during the heatwave, but there was an oscillating fan so it was bearable.
The breakfasts were a bit oily.

Das Zimmer im vierten Stock war für ältere Gäste nicht geeignet. (steile Treppe, kein Geländer am letzten Teil. Das Badezimmer mit Duschvorhang war auf den Bildern nicht abgebildet. Laute Pumpe bei jeder Betätgung des Wasserhahns. Der Instantkaffee in einer Warmhaltekanne war ungenießbar.

Le camere non hanno aria condizionata, pertanto la notte è impossibile dormire nelle giornate calde ( da maggio ad agosto), specialmente chi viene alloggiato nella mansarda. Per chi viene alloggiato nella mansarda bisogna accedervi dopp 6 rampe di scale strette e infinite. Le camere sono piccole e sporche ( tanta polvere) si vede che non vengono pulite. In più è presente la mochette sporca e piena di polvere. Il bagno troppo piccolo non ci si riesce nemmeno a girarci. Il wifi non funziona praticamente mai in qualsiasi stanza/locale. Colazione solo inglese, accettabile se non fosse per la scarsa simpatia della signora che serve le colazioni e ha il vizio di togliere il pane dal grill e portatelo con le mani senza usare un piatto o la pinza. In sostanza questo è un albergo che potrebbe andare bene se si volesse spendere non più di 60 £ a notte, ma per 150£ a notte direi che è preferibile guardare altre opzioni
