Good hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to Paddington Station. Good choice of restaurants in the area.
Pros:

Great location . Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

No lift. Need to carry luggage up the stairs but staff assisted us.
Small room.

Overall good value for the price we paid.
Pros:

Location was good for Paddington, Queensway and Bayswater underground. Close to park and for walking to Royal Albert Hall. Plenty restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was adequate for what we paid - staff were very accommodating and worked hard .
Room was clean.

Cons:

Room was very compact but could be improved with a few tweaks i.e. could hardly walk round one side of bed, no mirror close to a plug socket, storage lacking (just managed for 2 nights)
No lift , which was fine for us, but stairs maybe a problem for some.

Comfy room and convenient location!
Pros:

Central location with good transport links! Only stayed one night for a festival in Hyde park but the bed was comfy and was close that I didn’t have trouble getting transport back! Staff were also very friendly :)

I honestly don’t know where to start. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, everything went downhill. We were given a room on the second floor with no lift, despite travelling with a small child. Carrying luggage and a child upstairs during London’s heatwave was a great way to start the stay.

The entire hotel was unbearably hot. There is no air conditioning anywhere—not even at reception. The corridors felt like a sauna, and after climbing two flights of stairs in those temperatures, we opened the room door to be greeted by a stale smell, filthy windows, dirty wallpaper, one sad little fan, and worn-out, uncomfortable beds.

We survived one night and immediately booked another hotel. That should tell you everything.

I won’t even comment on the breakfast or the lady serving it, whose poor English made communication almost impossible. That experience was just as dreadful.

To make matters worse, we asked for an invoice made out to our company. We never received it—not at check-out, and not even after requesting it again by email.

This hotel is completely unprepared for summer temperatures, badly maintained, and seriously overpriced for what it offers. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

Pleasant reception staff especially the lady.
Pros:

Room was on lower floor as requested . Spacious Double room. Refreshment tray , clean room, had a fan.
Breakfast was boiled eggs ,cheese meats bread or toast, fruit ,yogurt, pastries . Unlimited juice and coffee and tea.

Cons:

That there was not a communal room where I could have sat in the evening with my friend and played cards.

Lage Top, Preis Leistung Top
Pros:

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war gut, Betten bequem, Lage perfekt kurze Gehminuten zur underground, ruhige Gegend. Hidepark 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Frühstück im Keller klein aber gut alles was man braucht! Preis Leistung ist super!

Cons:

Badezimmer sehr eng anstatt Dusche, wurde in das kleine Badezimmer eine Badewanne gequetscht!
