Buena ubicación en zona bonita y hotel con habitación reformada
Pros:

Habitación triple buena y nueva , grande, baño pequeño. Única pega que está en un -1 si bien tiene ventana que da a un patio interior

Pros:

Bardzo czysto. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Pokój nie za duży ale bylo wszystko co potrzeba, szafa z półkami, czajnik, kawa , herbata, ładna łazienka.
Clean, everything as presented on booking.very nice and comfortable room , a kettle and a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
Delicious brakfast ,wide selection of different kinds of food e.g. toast, sth. sweet.
Close to different underground stations and Paddington train station.
Next time also there ;)

Cons:

Kein Bett, war eine Ausziehcouch die 20cm vor der Tür endete. Kaffee wäre übertrieben , dass so zu nennen. Frühstück rudimentär.
Im Badezimmer keine Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Recomendable teniendo en cuenta que no tiene ascensor

Está muy actualizado y muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Nos dieron habitación en la última planta, aprox 5 planta, sin ascensor. No hubiera sido un problema si no hubiera viajado con un bebé de menos de 2 años y una persona mayor. Eso no nos fue práctico.
Habían muchas escaleras y los 2 últimos tramos, muy muy empinados

Hotel did not provide the room we paid for and still refused to refund our unused stay

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property, so there is nothing positive we can comment on regarding our stay.

Cons:

We booked and paid for a Deluxe room, but when we arrived, we were told that the Deluxe rooms had already been given to other guests. Instead, the hotel tried to give us a dark Standard room in the basement.

We refused because this was not the room category we had booked and paid for. My wife suffers from claustrophobia and could not stay in the basement room even for a few minutes. The hotel told us they were fully booked and could not offer the room we had reserved.

As a result, we had to leave and did not stay at the hotel at all. Despite the hotel being unable to provide our booked room, they are now refusing to refund the nights we did not stay. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Essenziale ma comodo
Pros:

Posizione ottima, ci sono due stazioni della metro a distanza di 10 minuti e molto vicina a Hyde Park
Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out

Cons:

La colazione era inclusa ma a nostro parere era mediocre e basica. C’erano solo 2 alternative dolci e una salata
Abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori qualcosa di più abbondante e tipico
La camera offriva uno spazio molto essenziale per due persone

L’accueil du personnel, le quartier calme, la proximité des stations de métro, la propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Le gros point faible de cet hôtel est vraiment le bruit… Les portes claquent en permanence et on entend les voisins parler dans la chambre à côté, malgré que les portes et fenêtres soient fermées. C’est selon moi un point essentiel au confort d’un hôtel…

Lokalizacja , miły personel to główny atut tego miejsca
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra w pobliżu 3 stacje metra , przystanek autobusowy jadący do centrum. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji. Pokoje malutkie /nie doczytałam/ łóżko zajmuje praktycznie cały pokój a przejście obok niego tylko z jednej strony . Śniadania skromne ,ale wystarczające by zaspokoić głód na kilka godzin zwiedzania. Brak herbaty co w Anglii dziwi. Miły , pomocny personel.

Cons:

Wielkość pokoju , brak klimatyzacji - może tegoroczna pogoda była nietypowa , ale w tak małym pomieszczeniu ciężko było wytrzymać. Był co prawda wentylator ,ale o bardzo krótkim kablu co uniemożliwiało postawienie go tak, by spełniał swoją funkcję. Brak kontaktu w łazience . Brak windy.

Pros:

Trevligt bemötande. Gammalt hus, rummen utgår från rätt svåra lösningar - men det funkar. Besök parkerna och se på alla ekorrar, gärna tidigt på dagen :-)

Cons:

På rum mot innergården möts man med drivor av duvskit- men å andra sidan ser det ut så på många platser i stora städer

Excelente opción cerca de Hyde Park
Pros:

Todo. El pre check-in hizo que el ingreso fuera rápido y sin problema. Habitación chica pero cómoda. Cama matrimonial muy cómoda. Ducha con agua caliente y buena presión. El desayuno era muy bueno y con varias opciones. El staff muy amable (todos). La ubicación es fenomenal con fácil acceso a estaciones de metro y bus. Fue una excelente opción para ir y venir a pie a los BBC Proms en el Royal Albert Hall. Barrio muy seguro y con buenos pubs cerca.

Ottima struttura in zona strategica
Pros:

Struttura in tipico stile inglese in una zona molto tranquilla e centrale, a 10 minuti da 2 metro e da Kensington Gardens. Colazione dolce e salata, non molto varia ma sempre rifornita dal personale. Tutto lo staff femminile è molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza è senza aria condizionata ma ha in dotazione il ventilatore portatile.

Cons:

Il bagno è finestrato, e di per sé è un plus, ma accendendo la luce si avvia una ventola molto rumorosa e fastidiosa, almeno per i miei standard. Si sentiva anche quella della stanza accanto.
