Emplacement à proximité de Paddington et de Hyde Park. Assez bien connecté. Les personnes à l’accueil du petit déjeuner étqient très gentilles.
Chambre à 3, confort minimal, salle de bain minuscule en état moyen. Le petit dejeuner était ok, rien d’extraordinaire. Personnel peu reactif. J’ai signalé un écoulement de lavabo bouché à notre arrivée mais ils n’ont rien fait. L’espace de la salle du petit déjeuner est un peut serré.
The room was lovely and spacious with three very comfortable beds (triple room) and plenty of storage space. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bathroom modern, with a great shower. There was a fan provided, which was appreciated in the hot weather during our stay. The breakfast was modest, but sufficient, and the breakfast room inviting and comfortable. Staff friendliness varied a lot, but most were helpful and nice.
Steep stairs, so not much fun with suitcases. No view from the room, as looking into the inner courtyard (but not very important either!). And no effort was made to provide even gluten-free bread, when asked in advance, so had to bring our own for my coeliac family.
The location was great and the room was lovely, with a nice view of the street. The continental breakfast was also good and the 2 staff members that were overlooking the breakfast room did a great job. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
It was awkward passing by the bed to walk around the rest room as there was not much space between the foot of the bed and the wall.

La atención del personal, fueron super amables. De la habitación, la cama y que tenía pava eléctrica con café y te, y la ventana con vista a la calle.
Hay que tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor (esto era sabido y lo avisan en booking), y que son varios pisos por escaleras no tan cómodas para subir con valijas. Y tampoco me gustó la ducha: era muy pequeña e incómoda.
