Si può migliorare di molto la pulizia. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato sotto il letto una scatola di preservativi, (segnalato in reception e il personale é tempestivamente a risolvere " l'incidente), le lenzuola avevano diversi peli non nostri, gli asciugamani avevano delle macchie.

Perfect verblijf voor een korte stadvakantie .
Pros:

Werd super vriendelijk ontvangen. Het hotel straalt rust uit en is de perfecte loctaie om tussendoor te zijn gedurende een stadvakantie. Snelle in- en uitcheck. Koffers/tassen konden bewaard worden wanneer we nog niet in onze kamer konden.

Cons:

Het is een best krappe kamer met weinig kast ruimte. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, maar dat is het ook. Ook waren een aantal dingen wat ouder of niet goed schoongemaakt, maar niks ranzigs.

Perfectly adequate.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and tidy, but 1st room offered had no window and was nothing more than an under stairs cupboard all be it, beautifully decorated, we were moved to a room with a window, but up 6 flights of stairs with no lift, and still very small (no wardrobe) but decor and cleanliness perfect. Location perfect and very quiet, staff helpful and friendly.
Maybe London rooms are much smaller than the rest of the country, overall 7 out of 10.

Cons:

No lift, or hanging space (3 coat hangars)

Functional but rather compact room, close to Victoria and Chelsea with reasonable public transport
Pros:

Friendly welcome from all staff during our stay. They were quick to respond, helpful and friendly. We selected the hotel for location which was on a quiet street yet close to where we needed to be. We received a free upgrade - which was necessary as there is no lift and we had a need to not to climb too many staircases. The room was neat and tidy and well-maintained. Good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The room was an upgrade to a "Superior double". This had all that was needed except space for luggage or even to hang out more than one or two coats. It was probably OK for a single person (of less than average height), but for two it entails climbing over each other to get in and out of bed. It was a short bed (2m) and even then there was no space at the end of the bed or on the window side. I hate to think what a standard double is like!
