Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card the cost of the entire reservation.

The area was vary safe and nice, close to trains, tubes and theaters. Easy to get to. Staff very nice and helpful. Available if needed.
Room had everything that was needed as it was a base for us to explore and just needed to sleep and shower there.
No noise, heard the tubes going past but not too bad.
Bed comfy, room had everything needed, not much space but big enough so no issues. Bathroom all clean and good shower, door just need little repair and drain freshener but was fine and fully suitable.
Would recommend and use again.

First night was poor due to room size and layout.
However the morning staff changed our room and this was much better.
Day staff were brilliant.

Overall, the staff is nice and part of it because I believe they have nothing to do with the way this hotel is based of.
I would say it is suitable for people who are solo travel with no luggage's at all. if you are going with your partner do not book this hotel. it is so so so small to the point that you can not stand or do anything other than going out. other utilities such as AC,bathroom are good but again it is small do not go there. in my experience we had to stay for 2 nights then we left to another hotel because we could not stand how small it is. the only advantage I can see is its location.

The rooms are small, but that’s standard for London - I’ve stayed in even smaller apartments for more money.
The room was genuinely clean. However, I would recommend deep-cleaning all textile surfaces—the carpet, curtains, and headboard - to freshen them up. It’s not critical, but it would make the stay feel more comfortable.

Si es cierto, ( no sé si es por parte del Hotel o Booking ) que en la descripción pone que disponía de zapatillas y TV satélite y no es así
La struttura si trova in posizione strategica: il quartiere di Pimlico è vicinissimo a Westminster, in una zona molto sicura anche di sera e piena di londinesi, a due passi da pub, ristoranti e supermarket; la stazione di Victoria si raggiunge molto facilmente a piedi, così si può uscire dal centro per tutte le escursioni. Il personale dell’hotel è davvero cordiale e disponibile, ascolta con attenzione le esigenze degli ospiti e accontenta ogni richiesta. Le camere sono piccole ma non manca niente e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente, viaggio molto ma sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta- anche in alta stagione.
Nulla in particolare, la stanza era piccolina ma lo sapevo già e comunque non mancava nulla.
