Pros:

Location was good for.whar we had planned to do.

Cons:

It was exceptionally hot and the room only had a small pedestal fan, i think the rooms need some updating and ceiling fans.

Breakfast was pretty basic.

Cheerful staff, good location rooms were comfortable enough.

Cons:

Breakfast was a dismal affair, the non dairy milk had clearly been left out and had gone off. Leaving both of us with a choice of a glass of juice. Also the booked ‘twin’ was a double. We were too tired to argue.

Pros:

Pulizia soddisfacente e personale gentile. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere sia il centro che Wimbledon. La zona abbastanza tranquilla, ma ricca di locali e servizi.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare, bisogna scendere a compromessi nelle solite cose che noi italiani soffriamo negli alberghi inglesi quando non abbiamo ingenti capitali da investire: moquette dappertutto, si dorme nel seminterrato, niente bidet, niente aria condizionata e colazione basica.

Good property to use as a base
Pros:

Location was great for us, my wife had an operation at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital so only a short distance from the Hotel.

Cons:

No complaints at all

PERSONALE DA CAMBIARE.
Pros:

Camera abbastanza pulita , personale da lasciare perdere ( tranne un uomo di notte alla reception molto gentile )

Cons:

Il ragazzo della reception. Siamo rientrati dopo l orario di chiusura per prendere le valigie , pensando le mettesse nella camera ha pensato di lasciarle chiuse a chiave. Iniziamo a cercare la stanza delle valigie , ed a chiamare al telefono ( su un foglio c'è scritto di chiamare h24 il numero per qualsiasi esigenza ) nessuno risponde. In fine troviamo questa porta che si apre da dove poi lui esce anche molto arrabbiato ( era sveglio) dicendoci che era molto tardi ( mezzanotte ) e che secondo lui dovevamo restare senza valigie e che aveva provato addirittura a chiamarci ( numero sbagliato da lui e fatto presente ) ci aveva anche detto che ci avrebbe lasciato un codice per la porta di entrata ( mai lasciato) . Vabe per farla breve , alla fine abbiamo preso le valigie ma organizzazione pessima , attenzione al cliente nulla, colazione deludente con cornetti confezionati e caffè tremendo.

Pros:

Good location for exploring London. Check-in was easy, I was also checking out early in the morning and there was a dropbox for the keys which was handy. Provided breakfast was simple, but covered all the bases. Wifi worked in the room. Bathroom came with shower gel, which was much appreciated.

Cons:

There are no lifts, and no one to help with bags - just something to keep in mind if that's an issue for you. No aircon, just a fan, which was a bit of a struggle in the summertime.

Pros:

Great location, very easy to get to by Tube. Staff very helpful and friendly and free luggage storage a bonus. Would definitely recommend for value for money.

Cons:

Seating for breakfast is limited but ok if you get there early enough! Sometimes noisy but to be expected in central London.

Pros:

Posizione comoda alla metropolitana. Struttura situata in un quartiere tranquillo di Londra.

Cons:

Bagaglio pesante da trasportare su per le scale, scarsa attenzione e aiuto da parte dello staff.

Pleasant stay, clean and good location
Pros:

Very convenient location and close to Tube station. The room was clean and shower was good. Continental breakfast was included and had a good variety of food and drinks.

Cons:

My room was in the basement and the window looks out on to a brick wall. There was a lot of noise from upstairs (which I guessed it was the dining room), like people walking and furniture moving, even up to midnight.
