Good hotel in great location.
Pros:

Nice newly refurbished hotel. Clean and modern. New bathrooms and decor.

Cons:

Renovations in progress. That's fine except didnt expect a painter outside bedroom windows at 8am. Would have liked a notice warning....whole building in scaffold so hard to predict what work is being done. Rooms a little clinical and no warmth, however super clean and modern.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel. It was the first time we stayed here and will definitely be back! The staff were very helpful. The room was big and very ckean. The location is amazing. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and takeaways as you step out of the hotel. The underground was a 5-minute walk.

Lovely hotel in West London with excellent staff!
Pros:

Great place in West London and right by a tube stop! The hotel had been renovated recently so it had a fresh feel. The staff were helpful especially when my friend decided to extend her reservation and they were accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing; all was great!

I will return after the works have finished.
Pros:

I know it and like the location, parking (However, £15 is too much for an already paying guest). The room I had on the 2nd floor was ideal for my one night stay. Helpful receptionist, thank you!

Cons:

A lot of flapping plastic on the outside of the property due to ongoing work which was noisy (albeit, I imagine, temporary).

Lovely property near transit, Thames Path, and restaurants/stores on high street. Wonderful staff.
Pros:

We were surprised to find the main part of the hotel under construction (almost done!) but were given a lovely studio apartment in an adjacent annex. Office staff were extremely helpful and offered suggestions for dining, transport, and sites. . We walked from the Turnham Green tube station to the hotel. Easy walk from hotel down to the Thames path along the river. Great location. Will definitely recommend to friends

Transparency while alloting room not there

Cons:

Very small room
I was given room no.121 which was not even 100 square feet there was no place to keep one large and one medium suit case. I check in at 12.30 a bit before time but they should have told me that they are giving the smallest hotel room in the entire hotel. Then I would have waited and kept the bags in cloak room to get a standard size room of 150 square feet.

There are still scaffolding across the hotel which means if u open the windows u may smell dust

There are no intercom numbers and no bottle of water in the room..so u have to go down to fill water or go to grocery store and buy water

No restaurant in the hotel or in room dining apart from 2 hour to 3 hour of breakfast time

Hotel was clean.
Perfect location for our stay, 5 minute walk to tube and 20 minutes we were in the centre of London

Cons:

Finding the car park was a bit tricky.

Exceptional staff . Very courteous and always helpful.
Pros:

I received a room upgrade due to ongoing refurbishment at the hotel. The Breakfast in a Box idea was really good and the hotel should consider continuing this option when the refurbishment is complete.

Cons:

Nothing really, but I was surprised that there had been no indication that the hotel was undergoing a major overhaul.
