Good in all important aspects. Recommended
Pros:

Fresh, Clean and comfortable, our room wasn’t huge but was very adequate.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Good to have parking too.
Didn’t have time for breakfast but will indulge if staying again, which we’d have no hesitation in doing. Recommended

We left the room at 3.30 am So there was no opportunity to use brekfast but room itself was fresh and clean and prepared very well.

Pros:

Het is een mooi hotel in een mooie wijk.
De auto kan op de parkeerplaats achter het hotel blijven staan. Ook het ontbijt is goed. Het is ca 10 minuten lopen naar de underground. Perfecte metroverbinding met het centrum.

Cons:

Het viel niet echt tegen, maar meer als tip: een extra lamp boven de wastafel

Good value hotel in central Chiswick
Pros:

After the initial issue with the room was happily resolved, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and exploring the area.

We didn't have the breakfast in the hotel, but we enjoyed some nearby bakery and cafe breakfasts instead.

Close to a couple of underground stations.

Cons:

Initially we were put into a room on the ground floor behind the lift, which was very small and overlooked the air conditioning unit and car park. I wasn't at all happy with that and Jim at the front desk changed the room to one on the second floor, which was much more spacious and had a much better outlook. Jim's colleague whom I initially spoke with said "all of the rooms are the same", which was clearly untrue.

Einzelzimmer war soweit gut. Bad war super. Frühstück ausreichend und gut und Lage ist super toll.

Cons:

Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert, es wurde nicht wirklich was unternommen, nachdem ich das angemerkt habe.

Excellent value, great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Very large single beds in twin room. Very quiet and comfortable. Good air-conditioning. Timber floors.

Cons:

Old building although completely refurbished there appears to be ongoing plumbing issues.
