Pros:

La ubicación es ideal. Estaba todo muy limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas. El personal del hotel muy amable y simpático. El desayuno aunque es algo justo es muy suficiente para empezar el día. Cuando vuelva a Londres sin duda volvería aquí.

La única pega es que no tiene ascensor y si vas con personas mayores les cuesta un poco subir y bajar

Great choice price vs location
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, in a calm and safe neighborhood with several pubs close to the property and very near the Paddington metro station. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily.

The double room was of a slightly higher standard, quite spacious, with a classic bathroom. The four-person room had a lower standard – the shower was extremely small, which made it difficult to shower comfortably, and the beds were squeezed tightly into the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful.


Despite these small inconvenientes, with breakfast reservation we did not know about and socket issue which caused fuses turn down, I would still recommend the hotel because the price compared to the location is very good.

However, a big downside was the breakfast system. At the time of our booking there was no information that breakfast slots had to be reserved in advance and that you cannot simply come to breakfast. On the day of arrival we were told that almost all slots were already booked and that our whole group would not be able to have breakfast together. Fortunately the situation was eventually resolved in our favor, but this information should definitely be included in the description. We actually chose this hotel mainly because breakfast was included, so if we had not been able to have it we would have been very disappointed.

Another small downside was the issue with the power adapter, which repeatedly caused the circuit breaker in the room to trip. We were using a high-quality adapter that we had already used in other countries (for example Malta), so we know the problem was not on our side. Unfortunately we were told by the staff that we could not use it, even though the issue seemed to be related to the sockets in the room.

Bra om du inte ska spendera tiden på hotellet !
Pros:

Läget på hotellet va bra! Nära till Hyde park, Oxford street, tunnelbana samt buss! Mycket matställen i närheten.
Frukosten va bra men sakandes nån färsk grönsak som tex gurka eller tomat.
Personalen tog matallergier på högsta allvar och avrådde en i sällskapet att äta, men fixade sedan bröd ändå.

Cons:

Sängarna är hård, kuddarna är hårda. Badrummet kunde städas bättre då det va smutslagringar där vattnet kommer ur. Samt att vreden till vattnet satt löst.
Personalen fyllde inte på toapapper trots att de gick in och bäddade sängarna och tömde skräpet.

A nice place to stay but too many stairs. Clean, comfortable and good food.
Pros:

Nice location. Very pretty area. Connie the owner/manager was extremely helpful and friendly when we had a bit of a problem with one of her staff. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing hot but still more then enough to eat. Very clean .

Cons:

The one young lady who worked there one morning was very rude and nasty. Things were solved though.

Pros:

The hotel is just a few minutes on foot from Paddington Railway and Underground Station and its amenities and facilities.
The ensuite room was tidy and spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable.
Good continental breakfast with good choice.
The staff was kind and helpful!

Great value for money on a modest hotel
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in Sussex Gardens. It offers excellent value for money for a short stay. The highlight of the place is Amy, who is very friendly and helpful

Cons:

I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was rather poor for a breakfast in England. The Wi-Fi wasn't good either; I kept losing connection
