Central to all our stops.
I was frightened by the lack of hygiene and sanitation in the hotel. When we arrived, we found no one had taken out the trash in the bathroom, which contained used sanitary pads and wet toilet paper. The bathroom itself was covered in grime and soap scum.
On top of that, the bedsheets had not been changed. The pillowcases, especially, were stained. I thought it was just the case so I slipped it off and was going to request a new one, when I found the same stain pattern printed on the pillow itself, meaning someone had spilt or left some fluid on the pillow, and no member of staff had cleaned it.
When I alerted the staff, they were so reluctant and annoyed to clean up and change the bedding, that it made it seem like this was a usual occurrence.
Go elsewhere.

The location and room size of the junior suite
The beds were a little too firm
The location was perfect, the junior suite was a comfortable size for a family. The beds were clean and hard mattresses that I like. There was a kettle and tea and coffee and bathroom supplies
For our stay nothing in general. My personal opinion due to working in hospitality is that the cleaning could be improved. The bath was blocked so the water took a long time to drain the water away from the shower but apart from that the bathroom was clean and the towels and sheets were clean which is the most important thing for our stay.

The staff was absolutely lovely, ready to help you out, location is great, the room had AC and electric kettle with tea and coffee.
The bed had a slightly hard mattress and the walls were very thin but luckily the neighbours were decently quiet and you couldn't hear the outside noise either.

Arrived - slept well - left 8 hours later. Single room with ensuite, good value for money in the location.
Only the location
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a serious issue. The bed linen had bugs/insects that caused skin irritation for both my wife and me. I complained, but the room was still not cleaned properly.
The bathroom also had a constant, very unpleasant smell, even with the exhaust fan on. Overall, the housekeeping and cleanliness need significant improvement. I would not recommend this hotel just because of the cleanliness.
Great location close to both Earls Court and Gloucester Road stations. Room was a good size and was clean.
Mattress was clearly very old and quite worn out/ uncomfortable.
