A bit unpleasant

The location is good and the staff were friendly

Cons:

I knew this hotel was a budget option, so my expectations were not very high. However, I still wasn’t expecting it to be so dirty.

The facilities were in poor condition: the bathtub was clogged, there was no bath mat in the bathroom, so the floor got wet very easily, and overall the room did not feel well maintained.

One particularly concerning incident happened when we returned one evening and found our room door completely open. I didn’t notice anything missing, but it was very unsettling to arrive and see the room unsecured.

As for housekeeping, it seemed that they only made the beds. The floor and bathroom remained dirty throughout our stay, and the cups and mugs in the room were also dirty.

I understand that this is a budget hotel, but I believe the bare minimum any hotel should provide is cleanliness.

Hopefully I'll have a better experience next time.
Pros:

I like the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

I don't like it because I can't lock the door while I sleep. The air conditioning is barely working in the middle of the night so the room gets hot, which is why I don't use a blanket.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und versucht alles zu regeln was in seiner Macht steht. Aber wenn der Grund nicht gegeben ist, kann es an der Situation nichts ändern!

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Für 120 Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück bietet das Hotel eine miserable Leistung. Die Hygiene ist eine Katastrophe. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und außerhalb ist ein Fremdwort. Ich glaube, 1 Stern dürfte vollkommen reichen!

Lovely location, friendly staff and brilliant value for money.
Pros:

The hotel was in a fantastic location in Kensington, very well connected via public transport and lovely local area to wander through with lots of shops and restaurants, and very close to the museums! The staff were very friendly and the room, though small, was comfortable and clean. The price was also brilliant considering the excellent location!

Cons:

The room was on the small side, but not a huge negative when taking into account the price and location of the hotel and the fact that myself and my girlfriend didn't spend much time in the room as we were out exploring!

Overall a reasonably priced overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location. Close to tube and museums.
We had a room for 3 people, which consisted of a king size bed and I would say a small double, rather than a single, which was nice

Cons:

Disappointed they didn't do breakfast The beds were really hard and only a sheet covering the VERY BOBBLY mattress, so was quite uncomfortable. The loud noise from banging doors in the corridor and the bin men outside our window at 7am! Also the shower screen didn't hold back the water, so we had lots of water on the floor. Girl at the bar didn't understand my daughter when she asked if they did orange juice.
