Nothing all the place coved with bed bugs could stay in the room

The whole building was dirty and old. The room was dirty and it didn't have any windows.

I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
When I arrived, I was shocked because the accommodation was completely different from the photos shown on the listing. It wasn’t even the same building. Instead of checking into the advertised property, the staff asked me to walk around 10 minutes with all of my luggage to another building.
When I got there, the building was clearly under renovation. There was scaffolding outside, plastic covering the floors, freshly painted walls, electrical fans left running on the floor, construction materials around the hallways, and several doors were left open. The entire building smelled strongly of fresh paint, making it feel like an active construction site rather than a place ready for guests.
The room itself was also unacceptable. The condition did not match the listing, and even the bathroom was incomplete, with no proper toilet door. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, so I decided not to check in.
What disappointed me the most was what happened afterward. I immediately contacted Booking.com for assistance, but the property denied everything and refused to accept responsibility. My complaint was rejected despite the condition of the accommodation.
I have photos and videos that clearly show the actual state of the property, and I will upload them so future guests can see the reality for themselves. I believe reviews should reflect genuine experiences, and I hope this helps others make an informed decision before booking.

Posizione della struttura è in un quartiere residenziale e comoda all'accesso alla metropolitana
Struttura esterna, interna e camera al di sotto delle aspettative, non rispecchia le foto presenti nel sito booking, letti preparati in modo molto superficiale, presente un venditore pieno di polvere, nessuna cura nei dettagli sia della camera che del bagno e anche negli spazi comuni della struttura.

Room was in the basement, it smelled pretty bad and was dirty, too small for 5 people, hot and the toilet snd shower where not attached to the room. You had to walk through a hallway to get to them.
Vary bad the room . Old stylish even I don’t sleeping in there.

Desde que entramos al hotel, la falta de limpieza fue evidente, tanto en las zonas comunes como en la habitación. Esta necesitaba una limpieza profunda desde hacía bastante tiempo. Nada más llegar informamos al personal de recepción de que los cristales, las paredes y la ducha estaban sucios, pero durante toda nuestra estancia no se solucionó el problema.
En los tres días que estuvimos allí, el servicio de limpieza se limitó a cambiar las toallas y vaciar las papeleras, sin limpiar realmente la habitación.
Además, coincidimos con una ola de calor y apenas pudimos dormir. La habitación solo disponía de un ventilador y no tenía aire acondicionado, aunque entendemos que esto es relativamente habitual en Londres.
Por otro lado, la ducha era muy incómoda de utilizar. Contaba con dos alcachofas (o mangueras de ducha), pero de ninguna de las dos salía apenas agua. Además, era prácticamente imposible regular la temperatura: el agua salía o muy fría o muy caliente, sin un punto intermedio.

Дуже маленька кімната. Також потрібно було докупити за 5 фунтів додаткову розетку євроформату, щоб можна було користуватися своїм феном і зарядити телефони. Ми приїхали за 2 години до рекомендованого заселення, номер був вже вільний, але щоб нам заселитися прийшлося доплатити ще 10 фунтів. Ліжко двомісне шириною 140 см- дуже маленьке, незручне і страшно рипіло
